The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything inside looks fresh and well-maintained. The food was delicious and varied — both main dishes, salads, and desserts were great. Some evenings they even served ice cream, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere by the pool was also very pleasant — a nice place to relax with tea or a drink. The hotel itself felt spacious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. I especially liked our balcony, where we could enjoy the view of the city life below. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the lobby area was beautiful and welcoming. Occasionally, there were live music performances in the evenings, which created a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it’s a beautiful, new, and comfortable hotel, with great food and friendly service. We stayed at this hotel as a big family group — six people in total: my husband and I, my sister and her husband, and our parents. Since we hadn’t seen each other for more than three years, we were extremely happy to spend time together, and in that sense, this hotel stay brought us a lot of warm memories. However, there was one very unpleasant situation — all of us, absolutely everyone in the family, got food poisoning. We all had the same symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. It was especially stressful for me because I’m pregnant, and I even had to go to the emergency room for IV fluids due to dehydration. Since we only ate food from the hotel restaurant, it’s quite clear that the issue came from there. Another downside was the distance from the sea. Although there was a shuttle service, it wasn’t very convenient to depend on it all the time — especially in September, when it didn’t run very often.

Our family liked everything about this hotel. It was very well maintained, clean, and had a modern, attractive design. The food was excellent — fresh and very tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a mosque not far from the hotel, and you can hear the morning prayers around 4:30 a.m. But this isn’t specific to this hotel — it’s common throughout Turkey.

The reception staff and chambermaid were both very helpful when I needed to change rooms because the neighbours were noisy and smoking on the balcony which entered the room when we opened the patio door . Good breakfast

There is no attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed is uncomfortable, and the pillow as well.

The room was big and had a nice view. There was an awful smell in the room that wasn't going away. The staff said that they tried to disinfect the room but the smell just won't go away. It was the worst smell of my life and even using air freshener or perfume didn't take it away. The staff didn't know much english so it was extremely hard for us to communicate with them. The food was awful so we had to eat out everyday.

Central position, excellent facilities, complimentary water, wonderful value for money, friendly staff. Arrived for a layover but would have wanted to stay more. A choice of pillows would be appreciated in an hotel of this category.
