The hotel was in poor condition and did not live up to any of the 4 stars. The garbage was next to the elevator. The room itself was very disappointing. Street noise was very loud. You had to go to a neighboring building to eat. I left the hotel after 30 minutes. The correspondence with the hotel management for a refund was also very unpleasant. The hotel could not provide a refund. This hotel is not recommended. The pictures do not reflect the impression that prevails on site. Booking.com was informed about the condition of the hotel by numerous real pictures. Never go there again!

Horrible hotell, stay away You can not call this a 4 star all inclusive! I would say 2 star! Nothing is included, horrible food, no sunbeds available, looks like a prison inside, rude staff Beachlunch had nothing other than pre made burgers thats been laying in the sun for god knows how long. This is the worst hotel iv ever stayed at in Turkey

The food was of average quality. The breakfast was the same every morning - mostly eggs, simits, cheese, fries. There were pancakes only 2 times for the whole week. Lunch and dinner - it is like you are eating the same food regardless of the time of the day. Overall our stay in the hotel was not pleasant. The first "surprise" - we arrived by car but there was not a parking, although in the description it specifically said that there is a place to park your vehicle. The hotel is placed on a hill 1 km away from the beach. The sunbeds on the beach are paid, which surprised many people - around 6 euros. The cleaning lady never changed our towels, the sheets were changed only once for the entire stay - 7 days. The staff in the restaurant did not know English, they are indifferent to the guests and do not seem to care for their job. Overall the hotel does not worth your money - do not go there if you want to have a good vacation.

Everything. It was all well beyond my expectations. Drinks were very generous. The buffet was amazing and they kept it interesting. The snack bar was great. The 11pm soup and bread was great to soak up the booze. Staff were wonderful. Anyone who isn't physically impaired and thinks it's a long walk to the beach is quite frankly a coach potato. It's 2 blocks and about 5 mins. Register with binbin to get convenient cheap e-scooters to get to the town. I will return next year with friends. Well done to the management, chefs, cleaners, service staff and DJ. British family who blamed the hotel for cats. You picked the wrong country if you don't like cats. Do your research and don't blame the hotel for your own incompetence.

It is a brilliant all inclusive. Got a great deal with single occ discount. Staff are amazing, hard working yet good fun. Food is fantastic, well done all involved. Very close to bus station. Well beyond my expectations. Other British guests blaming the hotel for their own stupidity.

Location, beach side. Sounds of street cars, couldn’t sleep first night. Luckily, they upgraded the room.

Staff was so cheerfull as a lone traveller i was not feel alone Everyday have different food They got a nice beach also have a shuttle too, also they got bar in beach so all inclusive. They gave a extra large room with jackuzii They have 2 pools much sunbeds and umbrellas. Cleanin service is exellent also. Do not hesitate anything and make ur reservation ? Nothing

We had a good experience in Blue Star Hotel. Food was delicious and fresh. Veriaty of food was ok. Thare wasn’t the same food every day. I couldn’t pay the money with card and the reception said that it was a problem with my bank. I got to call my bank when I arrived and they said that I didn’t have any transaktions or transaktion tries in the hotel. It was so stressing for me in the begining of the arrival and finally I got to take money from ATM and pay the money in cash. My card worked everywhere in Turkey and no problem with my card or bank at all!! The beds are not so comfortable.

The staff was super friendly. The music was also good and the location and the fact that it was easy to find taxis. Its good place if u are searching for cheap place The cats! They were everywhere even in the restaurant. Im allergic and the fact that I wasn’t allowed to eat in my room. The wifi was terrible! I had to use my own data (4g). Lol u can hear everything from the next door

Staff were friendly. Food and drinks were good. Limited sun beds. Hotel was full and facilities were not enough for such numbers of guests. One should use a chair instead of sun bed. Swimming pool was full of children and adults. Almost no sleep because of noise from the pool bar, music until 12 midnight and more. Hotel needs to be renovated as almost no sound isolation.
