Pide after breakfast,bar.Once We had dry figs at breakfast. Food was below average quality...vegetables excellent but fruits unripe and tasteless..You feel like there is everything but actually we ended up by skipping lunch because we didnt like it. Gym is broken forget about it. WE got a room that is big but Ac is blowing on you and is old so dont expect much.

Great location, amazing delicious organic food with wide range of options/choices for great value, very friendly staff, kids friendly. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Can’t find anything that I didn’t like.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Kleopatra Ramira. We chose this property for our first stay in Turkey and we are very satisfied. Staff always smiling and willing to help, very friendly. Food delicious and very good choice. Rooms cleaned daily. We will definitely come back.

Amazing food & overall concept. Beach was absolutely stunning. Room view Cleaning wasn't great & regular. Too many people when the hotel is relatively small same as territory.

The room size, and the dinner food choice only.. 1) I didnt like the attitude of staff on checking desk especially Hussain (team in charge), who was very rude and unprofessional. I think he should work in kitchen instead.. 2) When we arrived to the hotel they checked us in, but asked to pay extra for 2 persons. Although i booked 2 seperate rooms for 4 persons.. i end up paying extra 14,180 liras. The rude person in reception name Hussain left me no choice: eaither pay or leave (that was his exact words). And my booking was non refundable (otherwise i would leave). 3) The hotel food timing for lunch and dinner is really inconvinient. Lunch: 12:30-14:00 when the hotel was full capacity and you vant find available table and cuttlery. Dinner time: 18:30-20:30. We did not eating here due to timing and rush. 4) I didnt like location as elderly people must walk long distance to main streets.. 5) for the safety deposit box you must pay 500 liras. Which is nonsense and not mentioned in booking.com; i travelled all over the world and never paid for safety deposit box in my room, except this hotel! 6)the staff in restaurant is not polite and helpful to allocate guests into available tables, dont help with cutlery..

All inclusive restaurant is amazing. Apart from traditional meal times, they serve some snacks during the day and the bar is open almost all day long. Restaurant and kitchen staff are doing great job! Rooms are comfortable, cleaning is done timely, staff is super friendly and always reacts quickly. They speak several languages at the reception and are there 24/7. I believe there is nothing to complain about. Great value for money and comfort!

The place. Everything was nearby. And all was super. Really best price what you can get. Food was good also, but somethimes it was the same. Also workers was very kindly. ? we liked this hotel The beds was really hard and the sun hides behind the buildings at 3p.m. Also in the rooms was very noisy becouse you can hear everything from outside.

Great to have 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were great, especially the bar staff who were super nice, friendly and helpful. Lovely touch was the fresh-baked pita breads available between meal times Food was quite repetitive. I am vegetarian and there was no real hot food choice, often just plain rice or chips. There were lots of salads and food was of good quality

The hotel and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly, we especially loved the waiter Ahmet. Beds were firm but good. Shuttle bus to/from the beach was great. The pools were clean and inviting. Promises from booking were not kept, neither for arrival or departure. One receptionist was not helpful. Food was ok but a bit bland. Fruits were disappointing, usually not ripe or sweet. The Mini-club for kids was just an empty room for group activities, no toys at all. The bar was very basic, watered-down softdrinks and very very poor wine. The beer was ok.
