The location and the sea view The breakfast was good ?? so many choices People were really friendly and nice. The room is small and the furniture is too old The pool is so crowded that I couldn't even swim The beds on their beach are paid and not cheap for daily use. No kettle in the room and if you want to use the mini fridge and the safe you have to pay for them!

The location and the view They made changes in our booking without informing us, they gave us different rooms than what we have booked, also they forced us to stay in a apartment for 1 days. Overall I would not recommend booking this property online as they do things their own way and you are unable to negotiate with them.

Stay was decent room are a little bit outdated Some staff was friendly and some staff I found kinda rude when communicating. Price is too high for the value but as it was last minute there was nothing I could do.

1- location : very nice location, u cross the road to reach the sea , near some restaurants and walking distance or short taxi ride to other destinations 2- apart from one of the receptionists ( who let us when we arrived first who was extremely rude) the staff are polite 3- clean This is not a 4 star and we have been to many in many countries , I don’t think booking .com should advertise for it as a 4 star hotel 1- the pictures on the site give a false amazing image of the hotel 2- the room : too small, should be side sea view and u can not see the sea , first time in my life to have to pay more money to use the fridge and safe , both the air condition and fridge are half working , I complained about the air conditioner on arrival but nothing done 3- pool and gym : ok ish but limited time as the pool for example close at 5 pm 4- food : first day was not ok , improved after that , I would say the breakfast is good but dinner is just ok

Very very bad hotel ,, never seen like that before, no wifi , no water , no shampoo in the bath (they told us there is market go and buy), no parking space. Very dirty disgusting. price very expensive to the service they produce.

This is a very good Hotel, the food are very tasty, good swimming pool, good service and good location, for me super great hotel, spa and massage the best what I have try in my life The cleaning people there clean your rooms, dont do it very good, for me very very very bad, they only come and look for tips ( money), and why I have to pay tips for bad cleaning

Nice place nice hotel good value

Nothing particularly. Incompetent and bad tempered staff. I booked 2 extra rooms through booking.com on top of our tour package booking. The receptionist was confused and having a bad attitude. Shouted at me several times in the presence of many guests in the lobby. The beach in front of the hotel isn't great. Rocky and slippery. Be extra careful. Breakfast isn't good either.

Not much, but the breakfast was good. Variety and tasty. Also the breakfast hours were good. A small pool and bar/ Café. Nice staff at the bar. Short way to the beach, restaurants, Café, supermarkets. But in total below average, and we expected much more from this hotel! We regret that we booked this hotel, so we checked out a day earlier and checked in at another place. Thats not a thing customers do often. I dont have a lot good things to say, sorry. The room was not as expected and no complimentaries as water/coffe. Not even a ketil. Aircon was either hot/ cold, not stable. The beds were hard. Very small toilet. The staff at front desk were not so helpful or smiling. The body language to some asked questions were also negative. The staff at the breakfast were also not so kindly, especially a group of young boys. When asked abt the empty foods and refill, he just waved the hand and went away. Also when cleaning he were throwing the knives and forks into the bucket so it made noise. Like not liking working there. But the manager and a girl who worked were nice.

Excellent location hotel is really really busy need more staff at the reception and the fridge and the safe should be free, hope they make this change we as a family were put in two rooms and in different buildings

No wi fi in the room Charge for fridge Charge for water at dinner time The location only as its right across the beach but that's about it This place has completely spoiled our holidays as my daughter and I got food poisoning after eating in their restaurant , informed the staff but they said that no one else complained about it so probably our fault! Be aware Internet is only available at the lobby area, you can't have Internet in your room even if you don't mind paying for it cause they simply don't have that facility . We have paid for the half board but found out that you still have to pay for the water at dinner time They also charge if you want to use the fridge in your room Corridors are filthy as well as lift which is always dirty and smelly Staff wasn't friendly at all. Breakfast finishes at 9.30! Swimming pool is tiny, doesn't look like on the pics with not enough sun loungers, we have not used it even once due to this . Swimming pool closes early because they serve the dinner near by The restaurant is very crowded,often no spaces to find, long tables which means you have no privacy as you have to share it with other guests. The restaurant is very hot inside. I would not recommend this place at all
