Arsi Enfi City Beach Hotel

The hotel was clean and the position was excellent, close to the beach. The food was okay but some of the choices at breakfast were strange. Some nights there was a lot of shouting and swearing. long after the bar closed at 10pm. Our room had a really strong smell from the drains which I don't know if this was only our room or affected others.

Good location, nice beach accross the road. 2nd stay at this hotel. We managed to get a sea view front room view. Nice & clean throught. Bus stops outside for clepatra beach and town centre. Plenty of choices at the buffet. Beer wine & soft drinks pentiful all day. The music was a bit loud around the pool.

Very clean. Man on reception extremely helpful and friendly even with a broken arm. Food was disappointing and very repetitive. Most staff were miserable.

The hotel's location in the city center and proximity to the sea are significant advantages. It's a truly high-quality hotel for its price. I had to wait a little at first, but it turned out to be a mesmerizing experience for me.

Hotel is located in centrum of Alanya. Accessible to everywhere by walking and just by the beach.

cockroaches in the room! Food was usualy cold, and no microwave to warm it up, but the taste was ok.

We are staying at this hotel for the 4th time. Great location, close to the downtown - 25 min walking, the beach is just across the road, clean pool, friendly stuff, good choice of fresh and tasty meals - never had any problems, local alcohol for free. Perfect value for money during a low season

Unfriendly staff, Same meals and deserts, miniature single use cups for drinks in the bar. Not enough space in the dinning area for all the guests. Short working hours for pool and the bar. A couple of cockroaches here and there.

Location Complained about the food, saying that it wasn't right. After paying £150 upgrade. Reply was, well, i eat it. Me and my mum are currently ill with Salmonella. Me and my mum are disabled and they put us on the second floor. Lift kept breaking, so we were ever stuck downstairs or unable to go out of the room till fixed. Staff struggled to understand basic eanglish. Took 3 days to speak to the manager. Beds you could feel the springs.

The food had a huge variety, also delicious and the concept behind the all inclusive was well thought, but with some quality issues. (Speakers crackles, pool schedule was short) The shows were entertaining and enjoyable to see. The staff were kind and helpful every time. So kudos to all of them who work there! ? When we arrived a disappointed guest arrived complaining about the room's door lock. When the receptionist took us to our room, which was kindly offered by the hotel (Thank you for the gesture!) with a view to the sea the door couldn't be opened because of the broken lock. (The receptionist tried his best to comfort us, but the manager gave us another room) So we got another room, but not as described in our booking, where it was explicitly mentioned that the view is facing towards the mountains and the pool, this was visible only from the room entrance, but not from the window. All respect to the local culture and beliefs but the door had no aspect of being soundproofed, so every morning at 04.50 we had a clear hearing from the nextdoor mosque where they daily do their praying. So we got up and barely could fall back to sleep. The toilet constantly had sewer smell so it was a challenging going in.
