Heritage by Cimen Hotel

Property is located in the center of Alanya, close proximity to restaurants, banks, beach, cafes, anything you need. Hotel has its private beach across the road , but it is also close to a famous Cleopatra beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thank you goes to Julia for her attention and kind approach to guests. Hotel met my expectations, but the team exceeded them. Nothing. Everything went well.

They have a swimming pool that is clean, breakfast and access to their own peach with towels It was all really good, so nothing

Location is excellent with a direct unobstructed sea view. The entire staff was truly exceptional with genuine desire to extend elevated and enjoyable guest experience. Ensar and Julia were always engaging, smiling, helpful, and courteous. They consistently demonstrated welcoming, caring, and responsive attitude during our entire stay. The variety of breakfast items was generous and decent. Chef Yusuf really exhibited an elevated level of culinary uniqueness with exquisite menu selections and awesome presentation! The caliber of the entire staff and careful care and attention to detail reflected the management team’s thorough and broad understanding of hospitality and the value of elevated customer experience. The beds were not very comfortable. Better quality beds would be much appreciated.

The door to the balcony was not quite serviceable, the noise of the street was heard.

We were in Cimen hotel in September. Although we didn't have high expectations, I can honestly say that the hotel overall excided our expectations. Before we booked, I red a lot of bad comments, however we decided to book and I can honestly tell you that non of the bad comments are true! The hotel is great, clean, the location is perfect, the food is various and good, and it honestly has the best beach part from all the parts in this area. The stuff was amazing, especially the ones working in the beach area, I have to mention Faruk, Rasim, Ali, Apo and Supi, who made our stay even better, and we for sure will come back again mostly because of the great treatment we got from the them and who made our stay even better with their hospitality and we are very thankful to them for everything! Very honest recommendation for this hotel! nothing

The location and distance to the beach

The location The staff were not friendly or helpful, they couldn't be bothered helping two ladies with their luggages on arrival or departure. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or mugs and no tea or coffee available. Each bed had on very slim pillow on it and the bed was very hard, not comfortable at all. The fridge might as well be a cupboard. It did not cool

If you get the rooms facing the 2 restaurant/ pub, they are blasting loud music till 1am as per Turkish rule. The noise was unbearable. Luckily, they switched the room for me to the other side of quiet street the 2nd night. Buffet Dinner is plentiful, however is not the tastiest food, lot of veggies for those who are health conscious.

Room not clean daily, not provided body was shampoo, despite asking. Restaurant manager arrogant loves himself, rude to people. Kitchen staff play with their faces hair then touch food no protection disgusting habits. I guess you get what you pay for but basic cleanliness does not exist. Reception staff are not local and have no information knowledge of amenities. Beach is chargeable and own towel is required

Pleasant

It was a great location and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good! When you get off the elevator the main areas are not air conditioned, and it takes a long time for your room to cool down.

I booked through Booking.com, and paid $5 extra and got the breakfast and dinner option, Choose this option if given to you, the food is worth it

It was ideal for us, short stay and the beach just across the road from the hotel. Clean room with small balcony just what we needed. Fridge in room too. N/A

Disappointing

Nice location. Pretty good breakfast. Very noisy environment. Extremely loud music in a bar nearby well into the night. Obviously not the staff fault, but still affects attractiveness of the place.
