The entire room

The location is great. In front of the beach! The AC was old and not that good. The cleaning was made around 17h o clock and that doesn’t make sense.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant food. The reception looked nice and modern. First of all staff is very rude and not helpful at all. The room was outdated and doesn’t look like in the pictures. Wi-Fi is terrible and sometimes there’s no space on the chairs near the beach.

Beach club and restaurant were the only good things about this hotel. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to several unacceptable issues. Upon arrival, we found the door to our room wide open and a large black bin bag left outside our door, which remained there for two days. Inside, the bed frame and sheets were dirty, and the paint was peeling from the walls. The door hinge was coming off, making it impossible for the door to close properly. The air conditioning unit was not only leaking onto the bed but was also coming off the wall. Positioned directly above the bed, it provided poor room circulation. To make matters worse, the air con and fridge could only be operated when the room key was in the power holder, and with only one key provided, this was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, as there were visible dirt marks on the controllers. When we raised these issues with the staff, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic, showing little concern for the discomfort we experienced. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory stay, and we were left feeling very let down by the hotel's lack of care and service.

Location was nice. The bathroom was not clean enough and the water from the shower was behaving weirdly. Warm and cold water kept mixing during showers. The bed was too old and saggy, and the air conditioner was about to break down on us. We got the room closest to the streets and everything outside was audible. New towels also had a funny smell. Also a big disappointment was the fact that airco did not work without the room card which resulted in really hot rooms when we were not there.

I didn't understand how my holiday ended, everything was so nice, room cleaning and breakfast, I didn't want to go home.

The view was great and location was good. Very central to restaurants and shops. AC was bad. Fridge was not cooling. Shower was always changing from hot to cold and never stable. Staff didnt understand english very well. Food was disapointing.

Beach is not clean enough, we booked 3 nights we surprised that water is free of charge in the fist day only and they didn’t add water to refrigerator in other days we asked them why they said we can put but we will charge you. we didn’t like that because we booked queen room and water cost is nothing.
