Loud music at pool

The beds were to hard for me, and the hotel has only two over madrasses, and they were taken, so i har trouble sleeping.

Toilet smells like shit everyday, every hour. They dont have vantilation system to refresh the bathroom air. Room doors are not working properly. Lots of time room card system beep like an alarm because detector couldnt understand thar the door is closed. The lift is also very old and problematic. It dont have green label, received a red label during the inspection.

Honestly, the staff here were brilliant, specially the receptionists and the cleaning crew, those were the ones I interacted the most with. My room was spot on, wih this incredible view of the sea and the city lights at night. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. I was close to everything, which was in handy since my friend's hotel was just down the road. The pool area was a nice bonus, even though I didn't use it, I just didn't have time, but the area was quite nice and quiet. Everything just came together to make my Alanya trip special. I'll absolutely stay here again, the price is spot on for the quality and experience you get. I just couldn't capture the beauty of the view from the balcony at night with my phone, you can also see some stars, it's a good view. (Recomendable por parte de un español perdido en Alanya)

The rooms are very old , very old furniture

Great location with lots of restaurants around, so we could try a new place for lunch or dinner every day. Plenty of stores nearby—my friend was able to pick up sandals and other essentials easily. A supermarket right next door was super convenient. There was also a lovely café next door, which added a nice touch to our stay. The pool was very busy almost all the time, which made it hard to feel comfortable enough to use it. My friend and I were doing full activity days and were often tired and sleep-deprived. Unfortunately, this led to me accidentally leaving the key card in the power slot of the hotel room two days in a row. Ahmer kindly helped me the first time, but on the second day, he accused me of deliberately leaving the key to keep the AC running while we were out. That assumption felt unfair. I understand the hotel charges for AC, but I’m wondering—if we were actually in the room using it throughout the day, would that also be seen as a problem?

The location is perfect! Not far from the beach, central streets with fashionable shops and at the same time local market and cheap supermarkets with all essentials are close. It was my first time here. The lobby, the hall and the pool were OK. The view to the mountain and the sea was excellent. From the first and quick glance, it was OK. But later, when you see the details, you can see that the room itself was shabby and rather old. There were signs of renovation, but it was not enough for an excellent impression. The electric stove in the kitchen seemed to be older than me, and I'm not quite young. The mattresses on the beds seemed to be rather new, but the bedsheets were extremely worn out. The towels were all gray, it was disgusting to use them. I had to go to the nearest shop and buy a new one! During our six-day stay, they cleaned only twice. They only swept the floor, they did not change the sheets and towels, they did not put new toilet paper, shampoo and soap. By the way, they provide only shampoo of awful quality and veeery small pieces of soap. So, no shower gel or hair conditioner.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, there was no blanket and there were stains on the sheets which was annoying.

Everything was more than 10 stars! My mother has stayed at HMA Hotel & Suites many times over the years, and it has become like a second home to her whenever she travels to Alanya. The staff have always taken such great care of her — with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is not only clean and well-located, but what really makes it special is the people. She always feels safe, welcome, and valued here. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards over many years, and HMA Hotel & Suites does just that. A huge thank you to everyone working there — your service means the world to us! We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya. Truly a 10+ star experience, every time!
