Only the location The bathroom was very bad nothing worked, the staff was very rude. Almost everything in the room was broken. The bed was very bad en we couldn’t sleep well. The entry key card was broken en we needed to get in the room with a manual key. When we first arrived the fridge was filled with a lot of towels because the fridge leaked water, our room was under the water. They give new towels once in two days.

The location is very good, with a nice view to the public park and partially to the castle. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable It s really not a 4 stars hotel. The shower is almost broken, the water is super hot for a few seconds, then is suddenly super cold, the internet basically does not work, the towels were not changed during 5 nights of stay. And I can continue with many other examples…

Good location. very unfriendly staff. At first they didn't want to check us in. Under the pretext that we hadn't paid for our stay at the hotel. Although, we paid for our accommodation a week ago. They kept us for 2 hours checking everything, then finally decided to let us in, but said that our room had not been cleaned yet. And we waited for another hour. We had to wait more than three hours before they let us in. And in the end they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Amazing room, location and breakfast. Second time here in an amazing town The maid complained because there was sand on my balcony. But she left hair and dirt all around the floor of the apartment. Didn't fill the tea or coffee and day one we had to ask for toilet paper as only half a roll there

Great location in the city center and near to the harbor, the beach, the Ataturk park (city park) and to the bar & party area. Also near to shopping and the bazaar area. Pretty big and new rooms. The WiFi connection is pretty slow and sometimes disconnect. Refilling of drinking water was not done every time when the rooms was cleaned, so we had to get it from the reception.
