I recommend this hotel. We came here for 3 days, but extended our stay for another 2 days. Very stylish, new hotel, varied food. The room with a sea view is absolutely top. there is no children's area (but there is a children's pool)

The price / quality ratio is exceptional. I was quite sceptical about coming there, but I really loved the place. We received a free upgrade, the room was amazing with huge windows and clean. Everything is brand new, even the fitness center. Life music during the weekend was also nice. The seaside beach costs 7,5 euro per day for 2 person, which is fine. Rose wine was terrible ? But anyway for such price the food was good and beer and white wine were fine

It was not for us hotel was clean Very restrictive all inclusive paid more for upgrade but not worth it. Pool closed by 5pm all chairs put away. Staff were pleasant only

the all inclusive works very well, you can plan your day around it and no need to do external shopping for food or beverage. they have a gym with decent equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, hairdresser/barber and a shop right by entrance for anything you may need and good value. Really a great hotel and location when you sit down to eat, the waiters are slightly “too” efficient, as soon as you finish your plate or they see it empty they take it away and my matter was that I wished to keep it to re-use it. I understand the process to keep the cleanness high but I would have wished to not feel pressured to finish so that they can clean up right after. not a big deal though, only constructive criticism

very good and comfortable hotel. we bought everything we needed at the small marked right outside the hotel, they dont have overpriced stuff like others do. the seller Sükrü became our best friend at the stay. the strawberry daiquiri. the brown pina colada at the beach was not that great

The best features of this hotel: location and the food. The dinners were really good. Enough variety and tasty. The chef was very friendly and hospitable. The restaurant waiters seem overworked and underpaid; supervisors are super unfriendly. The FO staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Samet who was extremely accommodating. The worst feature of the hotel: the guests. It seems that people 50+ come here to drink cheap alcohol and smoke all day long. We had to change a room once because of the noise from a group of guests that were up and drinking/ arguing/ fighting till almost 3am. Eventually the reception called the security. The 2 mature women next door were smoking and speaking very loudly in their room the same night. Smoking is a big issue at the hotel. The smoke is everywhere. It is disgusting. The rooms are very tired. The whole hotel is in dire need of renovation. The white sheer curtains have never been washed. Nevertheless, the design of the rooms is pleasant, there is enough space. The cleaning ladies came every day but often did not clean so well. Skipped bathroom altogether once and hardly ever cleaned the bathroom mirror. Overall our holiday was ok but we would not return to this hotel. It is not suitable for families Poor sound isolation guests that drink and smoke non stop and disturb others tired rooms paid sunbeds and umbrellas awful beach towels overworked restaurant waiters unfriendly restaurant supervisors

Just food was quite good. We don't get room we booked for the first night. Very unfriendly personal on reception, nobody carreing abt guests and listen them. Terrible beds, uncomfortable! Bad internet connection in the room.

No private beach as it is said on booking, we had to pay for an umbrella and the benches separately, everyday. Restaurant staff is terrible, very discriminating.

The hotel is great-very good location-just by the sea,a nice room and room service cleaning,all inclusive meals are delicious (breakfast,lunch and dinner,hamburgers and frenchfries or cakes in between and drinks-wine,strong alcohol and soft drinks). The receptionists and managers are very helpful in hotel issues and in general-answering questions about shopping,sights and so on. We for sure will come back!
