Very very worst worker on the reception park men not good they have a lot of problem I don’t like anything

Mehmet form information desk refusing any request with creepy smile. Dirty beach area. No food after 8:30 pm so you have to wait till morning. During breakfast, lunch and dinner the administration has created an artificial lines so people have to wait to get food.

Good beach and pool infrastructure Excellent buffet and unlimited drinks High-quality spa Isolated location, requiring a car to get to the city Almost non existent soundproofing Service far below 5-star standards: faulty shower doors, bathroom ventilation issues, water leaking in the lobby, cleaning only once in 4 days, too small bed cover for 2 people, repeated unfulfilled requests for a baby crib (3 times!) and extra blankets (2 times!), and two pairs of shoes lost during a room change with absolutely no help from reception to recover them. Very disappointed with the overall service quality.

- The food is very good, with good diversity - There are a lot of different pools that will cater to all ages - The beach has a lot of shaded places and really close to the hotel - The SPA service is very good and friendly - The eating areas have very small climatized spaces - The floor is super slippery in the eating area when the weather is humid (which is a lot of times) - Not a hotel problem, but maybe a cultural thing, but there's a lot of smoking for a Family friendly hotel - There is an indoor pool (who uses it anyway!), but it's very depressing (dark and gloomy)
