It was very nice and clean and the rooms were very quiet at night The coffee machine could definitely use an upgrade copy is very cheap and not very tasty They could offer exchanging the beach towels for free with all inclusive. You should be able to get clean beach towels.

It was a small clean and very quiet hotel the food was very amazing We didn’t like that they give you fresh beach towels unless you pay for it per day and the coffee machine not a very good value coffee

If you want to stay in city center it is the best option. Pillows are so uncomfortable. Hotel’s beach is so far from building

1) food was very bad. Every day was the same choice of food. Previous year it was much better 2) very restricted choice of fruits. 3) smell of smoke everywhere.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. View from the balcony exceed my expectations. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel 4 floor, they give us room in second floor, you have two options, or street side noise or back side what they give us have school Start noise from 7 morning until night Poor breakfast They close swimming pool for service even no body do something there!

The Hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The hotel's service was perfect, from the cleaning service to the reception. I honestly cannot complain about anything.

We arrived around one o'clock in the afternoon. Alina checked us out and we immediately went to have a delicious lunch. Well, throughout the rest (almost 2 weeks), Alina was always kind and responsive. The rest of the staff was nice too. We came to spend time on Cleopatra beach where beach volleyball players play (5th beach according to the old numbering). It takes 15-18 minutes to walk there at a calm pace. The food in our hotel was delicious and of high quality, the beer was also very tasty;) The rooms on the balconies have clothes dryers and sinks for washing very comfortable (large). The contingent: Poles, Belarusians, Russians were predominantly. I have not observed any conflict situations. But we didn't stay at the hotel in the evenings either. The location of the hotel is very convenient for evening walks, everything is beautiful nearby;)

Apartment, common area, hotel is very clean. Area is amazing, you can walk to centre and beach as well. If you are lazy to walk there is shuttle bus provided by hotel. Many restaurants and bars around hotel. Staff is welcoming and ready to help you with everything you need. We will come again soon. And yes, food is amazing

Last year we were in this hotel and we really liked it and decided this year to play it safe and without hesitation we chose it. The purpose of the trip was work, as the hotel is in the city center and has convenient transportation to various points.
