White City Resort Hotel

Positives: • Our daughter enjoyed the mini club and the mini disco — the entertainment team for children did a nice job. • The food in the main buffet was diverse and better than we expected, much nicer than the so-called à la carte restaurant. The hotel could have been nice if not for the people working there. Unfortunately, our stay was spoiled by constant problems, dishonesty at reception, and very poor service across departments. Reception & Management: • I had booked two rooms: one higher grade and one with sea view. However, on arrival I was given a lower category room for the first, and the second (room 1037) had no sea view at all. Instead, it was filled with kitchen smells because the main exhaust was right next to the balcony. Despite paying for better rooms, I was refused any refund. • Reception staff wasted our time all week with false promises. We repeatedly had to confirm refunds with a manager (Mr. Mert), only to be told after checkout that he was not authorized. In short, the reception team lied to us throughout our stay. Wi-Fi & Communication: • The so-called “free” Wi-Fi is essentially unusable. It is so slow that not even a basic text email could be sent. You are forced to pay extra for a slightly better speed. • Before booking I specifically checked with the hotel about Wi-Fi (due to previous bad reviews) and was assured it was good enough for work. In reality, it was not even good enough for the simplest tasks — I’m not sure whose “work” they had in mind. • When I complained via Booking.com after arrival, the hotel simply ignored my message — the same dishonesty as at reception. • In addition, hardly anyone on staff spoke English well enough to understand guests’ requests, which made solving problems even harder. Cleanliness & Service: • Cutlery and plates in the buffet were dirty; a waiter even handed my daughter a spoon with leftover food stuck to it. Table mats were never cleaned. • Waiters forget requests as soon as they walk away — constant reminders were necessary. • One bar waiter was openly rude to guests to the point other staff came to apologize for his behavior. • Orange juice sold as “fresh” for €2 was made with rotten oranges; only after showing it to the manager was the juice counter closed. Staff responsible didn’t care. • The spa manager was arrogant and even told guests they “cannot afford” the spa — completely unacceptable. Facilities & Quality: • Towels and bed sheets were old, worn out, and full of holes. Towels were so thin they were nearly transparent. • The so-called “à la carte” restaurant served tea in paper cups, and the steak was served cold. Ironically, the buffet food was better than their à la carte offering. Safety & Security: • Access to the beach is via a dangerously slanted, slippery concrete ramp — unsafe for children. • Fences around the beach and amphitheater are wide enough for a small child to slip through. During one “mini disco” on the beach, the music was so loud that even an Apple Watch flagged it as unsafe for children. Our 2.5-year-old slipped while running and nearly fell through a gap towards the rocks — terrifying and dangerous. • one of the floorboards was loose; stepping on one side made the other side lift — another hazard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Resort, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel boasts stunning views and luxurious accommodations, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by Kadir. From the moment I arrived, Kadir went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. He was always ready to assist with anything I needed, from providing local recommendations to helping with special requests. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help created a warm atmosphere that made my stay feel like home. The amenities at White Resort are fantastic, and the dining options are superb. However, it was Kadir's dedication and helpfulness that truly set this place apart. I highly recommend White Resort, not just for its beautiful setting but also for the outstanding service that Kadir and the team provide. I can't wait to return!

Everything was perfect. I honesly couldn't fault a single thing. The kids club was incredible, my son was wanting for it to open every day, something different every day too. Sadly we never made the evening entertainment as my son kept falling asleep but after speaking to others they all said it was really good. The Beach bar serves lovely fresh food, just sit at the table, scan the qr code and they bring it right to you. The free starbucks everyday was a lifesaver! Iced lattes, frappes, you name it. Always such helpful and friendly staff and you don't really need to lift a finger. We had our drinks brought to us around the pool by a povely waiter and it really made this holiday feel so much more luxurious for being waited on hand and foot haha. Will definitely be returning. If I could nit pick for absolutely anything then maybe the people who walk around asking you for your photos to be taken professionally or tattoos or the water sports people. Like most holidays just trying to sell you a product but they have to make their money somewhere so we just politely declined.

Everything good organised, clean and well planned to be comfortable. Nothing.

The beach is clean and the water is clear. There are shops around the hotel. The terrace is very nice. Room is very small. The toilet is without air ventilation. No toothpaste and toothbrush are provided

Many resort attractions: pool, gym, hamam,shops nearby Great food selection Staff did not do their job, poor English, mold on pillow case! Beach towels setup is a disaster!!!

Clean, helpful, big variety of food, nice pool and entertainment love it. Not easy to communicate with the staff as they don't speak other languages. Facilities like spa and photographers not reasonable prices.

The place exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, cleaned rooms, food was good but it could have been nice a day with more seafood options. But the food was good, plenty and diversified, don't get me wrong. The best of this hotel was the entertainment team, @turkey_animation, and we would like to thank them for being so nice and friendly people. We would especially like to thank Milana, Furkan, Nastia, Olya, Liza, and Faith. Thank you, guys, for making our vacation one full of laughter and happiness. Hope to see you again someday ? The hotel can send a better van to the airport. The one we got, the driver didn't speak English but he was a nice person, but the air conditioning didn't work and it was an old car overall. They had a new van in the hotel parking and we don't understand why they don't use that, especially we were a group of 8 adults and 1 child.

Food and drinks all day long Less intertaiments during the low season( end of season)

Every thing was good The management of the hotel and the security manager Of the hotel got into a dispute with my 17 your old son on the 26th of October 2023 and a security manager assaulted my son. The security manager grabbed him by the throat and pushed him. Then the general manager and the security manager chased him out of the hotel saying he couldn’t stay there anymore in front of me, my wife and my children.

was a lot better than my first hotel in that town. surprisingly has a small private sandy beach! :) very nice and kind staff, am most grateful for their help arranging my arrival and departure :) did not pay anything extra, do not understand that complain about that wifi could be improved at the beach (was on a workation :)

The food menu was great and had good variety. The staff were polite and resourceful. Bars were fantastic. One of the wonderful features of this hotel is the presence of a great violinist "Baris Ozturk" who his lovely playing caresses your soul. I wish it had heated pool.

Loud music in the evenings.
