Lonicera Resort & Spa Hotel

Hi Booking.com Team, My stay at Lonisera Premium Spa exceeded my expectations. Here is why: - We checked in with my teenager daughter. It was comfortable for me and for her. - Room: It was spacious, nice room with 3 person bed (1 double and 1 single). Room View was the best one, it was in very nice location with the front view to Main pool and the sea. It was in the main building where the reception was. It was close to all restaurants. - Beach: It has own nice & clean beach with fine sand next to hotel. - Restaurants: It has several restaurants that operates mainly from 7am to 12pm. Also, it has 'A la carte' restaurants, but they were not free, but they cost very little, so we can say it is affordable. They have separate section for fresh punch juice ( a big room next to pool and beach) where guests can make their own fresh orange juice. There were 6 punch juice maker machines. There was a shop/room next to pool and beach for ice-cream. You could select different type of icecream and cookies. Also, there was a pizza-lahmacun room next to them. - Entertainment: They have nice day and night entertainments activities with special teams for kids and adults. For small kids they have kindergarten place, where parents can leave their kids and they will be save and fed. For older kids and Teenagers they have a big Aquapark within hotel. They have Olive Cafe with all night live music, disco. - Personnel: They have nice personnel who speaks several languages with check-in reception and check-out reception separately which makes less lines. - Cleanliness: Overall everywhere was clean, I didn't notice any dirty places or something in restaurants or other places. The only thing that I was not satisfied was my room was not vacuumed properly. I saw hairs behind the puff chair, in the corners and I notified the reception. They sent a personnel to clean the room again. I highly suggest this hotel to all guests. Whole family will enjoy. - Cleanliness: Overall everywhere was clean, I didn't notice any dirty places or something in restaurants or other places. Too loud, I think the volume of the sound was beyond healthy levels sometimes. Not recommended for families with little children. Recommended for families who love active loud animation.

Location The bathroom was dirty especially the shower cabin when I was checking in and for further 10 days of my stay there the entire bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all, only the towels were changed. Very little what was all inclusive- for major things including ice cream on the territory of the hotel you need to pay for, there were only 2-3 free options of it. It was stated that the minibar in the room is free, and yes, it is, but there were only 4 bottles of water 300ml- and you can find same water all around the hotel. Usually at 5 star hotels mini bars are more worthy. Generally, doesn’t worth at all and not worth the money

Great location, food and area... All you need in one place... Perfect waterpark. Gym opening hours... why they limited? Room soun insulation = 0 .... you will heare all your neigbours...

Everything you want from a beach vacation was within walking distance, food and drink were plentiful, all facilities were clean and attractive, the room was comfortable and well-serviced, there was some good entertainment after-dark. The beach was a little bit too crowded, there were a few brief power outages, the food quality wasn't always great. If someone walks up to you on the beach and offers a free shopping trip, ignore them.

Many and nice pools, nice room with sea view - The hotel say that is ultra all inclusive,but it is not. Don't have import drinks, no import drinks. So is a normal all inclusive concept,not ultra all inclusive - No drinks in room,only water - No friendly personal - The same food every day - No good lights in the room,especially in the bathroom

Water and food/snacks are available all the time. Aquapark is great and other facilities. The beach is close with a good territory around including the other hotels. The staff is picking up towels from non-occuped sunbeds, which is very good, taking into consideration the presence of Russian and Polish speaking guests. High music during the daytime. I think that even deaf people can hear. It's over at 11, by the way. I have tasted all cocktails and can recommend only mohito. Anyway, it's a very good hotel which I recommend.

Great for kids, a lot of swimming pools for different ages, sand beach is great for kids. I expected to have more variety of fruits and better fruits overall in the summer, almost no seafood in a seaside resort was a disappointment. Too loud for me, but this is this type of holidays with parties everywhere

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were not only well-appointed but also incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its wide variety of delicious food options, catering to every palate. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any request. The resort's location in the heart of the bustling bazaar made it convenient for shopping, and having a doctor and pharmacy just two minutes away added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. The beauty of the place is simply breathtaking, with numerous spots for relaxation and enjoyment. The nightlife was vibrant, offering everything one could desire, and access to the resort from anywhere was remarkably easy. For families, the resort offered a plethora of activities for children, along with special kid-friendly meals at the restaurant. Every day brought new and exciting activities to participate in, ensuring there was never a dull moment. I particularly appreciated the 24/7 availability of food and services, which meant that even late at night, any request was met promptly and with enthusiasm from the attentive service team. Special mentions go to Lale Patisseries and Panorama Restaurant staff and chef for their exceptional offerings. Last think a big kudos to the best activities team starting with Umut, Esra,Icelal, and Petek And last thing the 6G Internet that I never had in any resort except Lonicera To top it all off, the provision of complimentary mineral water, juice, and yogurt was a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced my stay. I can confidently say that this resort goes above and beyond to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for its guests.

Hotel well maintained Same breakfast options everyday They charged me 240 euro for my son 7 years old, while the policy is that a child over 12 years will be charged, One of the management his name is mustapha, was very rude when we were talking about my son, he request me to pay 60 euro per night, i refused, he told me if you don't pay I will lock the room and kick you out, that was in front of an another employee her name is victoria, than I told him that as per your policy on booking the extra bed is for 40 euro, how you are asking me for a child for 60 euro, if the extra bed for young is 40 euro I have to pay less if you are right, I called booking and their agent informed me not to pay and he will send email to the hotel, but the hotel kept asking for payment, than one of booking staff send me message on the app that I have to pay, I paid 240 euro on my son 7 years old, which is not accepted at all, I requested an invoice they gave me invoice in turkish language, it seems their international hotel can not provide an invoice in english language. Also the majority of hotel staff doesn't know one single word in english.

Good food, but not enough fruit.Cleanliness of the hotel and area. Interesting shows. I ordered a transfer from the airport at the hotel. I waited for an hour and a half for the driver near the airport. The hotel did not warn me that I had to pay in cash. I had a severe headache, I was hungry and thirsty. But there was no water in the car and the driver did not offer me a stop to buy water. He was very rude to me, smoked in the car and talked a lot on video calls with some girls. He didn't know English. The trip to the hotel lasted 3 hours instead of 1.5 hours. At the hotel, the driver made a fuss because I paid online and not in cash. He refused to give up my luggage. This transfer really spoiled my opinion of the service at the hotel.

The resorts were good and exciting, the staff were also accommodating. It is a good worth of the money paid. Most people and the staff understand English which makes communication difficult there. Moreso, the bed and pillow is a zero for me because it is too hard and uncomfortable. The bed cover is also too light, rough texture and short.
