Exceptional staff—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

I have no words to express. It is an empire. We stayed one week, we couldn’t even visit all the facilities within the week. It was very clean, the personal were very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. The beach was very clean and with sands. The toilet smells some times in the morning but It was like a minor issue for us.

Everything was excellent, also the beach is very soft and very good for kids , no stones and shallow, daily entertainment almost without stopping, the big aqua park, the safety for kids everywhere, it is ultra all inclusive. Sometimes the beef items not tasty but anyway you have many other options.

Selection of food offered across the resort, proximity of the beach. Friendly staff, cleanliness. Variety of pools. Lack of destinations around the resort to visit on foot. It is only the resorts and a few touristic shops around. You need taxi for anything else.

Complete perfection! Food, beach, all of the hotel staff, animation performance, cleanliness of the rooms and food service.. everything is perfect!! If you are looking for a great vacation around Alanya, definitely stay here! Nothing

Nothing Everything hotel is filthy pictures are not the rooms at the hotel, complaints ignored, asked to leave immediately and be refunded when I had literally left the desk and got to the room so within 5 minutes of handing over cash to be told no and then be ignored. Wi-Fi doesn’t work for more than 30 seconds a day and the staff are rude
