The staff is just lovely and very helpful. The location is wonderful. Breakfast is the best we've had in all of Italy. Overall, the hotel is sophisticated, but with light, airy, relaxed atmosphere. Very clean!

Beautiful * Scandinavian* decor, large room with a balcony with a view of tiled rooftops. Perfectly located, just a few steps from the train station and the major plaza with lots of restaurants and wine bars. This hotel also has a private garden where you can enjoy the aperitivo or your breakfast. Very relaxing. The major thing is that.the front desk manage your bedroom air conditioning, they stop it when they know you're not in your room so you come back with a very warm room. We had to fight to make sure they did not control our room anymore.They do not put kleenex in the bedroom, we had to go buy ours which we thought was very cheap.. Housekeeping never put enough towels or toilet paper in the room. That was an annoyance to always have to ask.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was very dark at night and had lots of natural light during the day. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go and it was nice that it's across the street from a grocery store. The fitness center was well appointed and had the equipment I expected, but it got really hot when using the treadmill. Adding a fan or doing something else to address temperature control would be really valuable.

Location, big rooms, very clean Nothing

Location was very central . Size of bathroom was decent . Staff were friendly . Except for 1 Ddnt have basic amenities in the bathroom. For the rate and ranking of this hotel I expected at least toothbrushes and cotton pads. No robes were in sight as well. I had to request for slippers the next day as we arrived late at night . No restaurant on site as well. Mink bar had limited options

Almost everything was fantastic—super clean, newly renovated, and quiet. Stylish and historic. Perfect location. Unusually high quality hotel by Italian standards. We couldn't figure out how or if we could change the heat setting in the room so it was very hot—hot enough to wake you up. It appeared to be locked. This might have just been us not knowing what to do but would seem to be an easy fix regardless.

We stayed here for several days for the White Truffle Market, as well as a few days before and after, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptional, with everybody being very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with high quality bedding and towels. There were a variety of options at breakfast and handmade espresso beverages available, as well as coffee from a machine. Coffee is also available in the room. The location is great – a five minute walk from the Truffle Market and very close to many restaurants, downtown and the train station. It was nice to have a gym available on-site. Can’t think of anything.
