B&B L'Ortodellerose

The property is perfectly located in the centre of Alba and close to restaurants, shops and the market. Loved the fact that there was parking in their courtyard so we did not need to find street parking.

Secure car park. Great location in old town. I struggled to get out of the car park (Locked gate) and couldn’t find any staff to help me, so I had to go back to the cafe, and the staff there sorted out the problem.

Lovely staff and great location

This is an AIRBNB...so no hotel services...no mini bar...breakfast is a coffee and croissant in a bar across the road...attractive decor and right in the center of this lovely city. All in all it is welcoming ...perfect carparkand next to rooms. It is not a hotel, so no reception ...you have to understand the use of keys...and you need a handy smartphone to be able to contact the person available on site...

Everything. The room is beautiful. So much attention to detail. Loved the decor. Bed was very comfortable. Parking inside the propery. Lovely fresh croissants for breakfast. There was nothing we did not like

This was very centrally located and easy to get around. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable and obviously newly renovated. Would book and stay again. It was difficult to figure out what door to go to and what buzzer to buzz, especially at night. It should be made very clear that one goes IN 5A but uses 5 to go in and out thereafter. I wish there was more to the breakfast and it was clearer as far as what you could eat at breakfast. There was a water station and tea bags in the central hallway but no kettle to make tea? I couldn't see one anyway and would have loved to have had a cup of tea before bed.

The location is great. Right dowtown and you can explore the city on foot. It has a parking space at the yard but they still charge extra for that. The room was newly renovated. The place was clean The internet did not work. Though we were able to connect it was not really sending or receiving messages. Probably the type of connection was not great. The communication with the host was challenging. Our friends staying at the same place arrived earlier and they helped us with the check in. The check out was also challenging. We wanted to storage our luggage but there was no locked space to keep it. And the breakfast is one single hot drink and one single croissant at the cafe across the street. The people that work at the cafe are nice and friendly. This may not be a big issue for many people but it is worth clarifying what is included as breakfast.

Traditional Italian. Some cheese and salami and yogurt and fruit to add to the breakfast

Charming room. Very clean. Towels were rough. Smokers outside prevented us from enjoying the balcony as I am allergic the smoke.

Very nice location in the city center. The bed is very short (looks like for children...). It is not convenient for adults. Very poor breakfast. Lack of means (shampoo, shower gel ).
