Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be helpful

Nice owner. I asked for a kettle and he brought me not only the kettle but the cup and tea bags- this was a nice touch.

Friendly couple welcome us. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast with panoramic view. The hosts gave us good advices to discover the surroundings. Great location to visit wine cellars as well :)

Amazing stay with a true Italian feel. The room is quite big and comfortable. We were greeted by the hosts and served breakfast out on the patio each morning. They are very friendly and do the most to make sure we had a great experience. Nothing

Parking is convenient and safe. The room is spacious. Excellent and fresh breakfast. The owners are very friendly (even though that they don't speak English..). The room windows (first floor) are open into the parking so we need to keep them and the shutters closed! The towels smelled from wetness. Location relate to Alba city center is not convenient and you need to go there by car.

We loved that we had great conversation with Mauro over an extremely generous breakfast. As one of us could speak Italian we got a lot of extra information about the local area and some of the history as well. He also was able to give us recommendations for local restaurants and made the booking for us as well as recommended a place in town to try and buy some of the best local hazelnut products. We were even advised which parking area to go to so we would not have to pay. There was no issue with the rooms at all or the service. It was a little way out of town but as we had a car it was only a few minutes drive to the centre.

This by far has been the best B&B that we have encountered in our month-long trip to Italy. Everything is just perfect. - The rooms are spacious, very clean and have all the amenities (AC included), even a washing machine. - The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful in a very pleasant way - The breakfast is very good with good coffee - The location is perfect, situated right next to a UNESCO World Heritage site and several lovely villages. - Icing on the cake is most definitely the new swimming pool, with very comfortable sunbeds that sustain direct sun almost the entire day. All this for a very reasonable pricing as well. We've had to extend our stay several times. You just don't want to leave. Thanks!

The room and bath were super clean. Instructions were clear as we were given a gate opener and keys. Breakfast was easy, by buzzing an intercom, Mary would appear to give you options and take your breakfast order. The yogurt and fruit was really great. nothing

The breakfast was amazing and the host was available for the check-in at 1am which I really appreciated.

Property was located right next to my training center, which is why I stayed there. I had a nice terrace with chairs and table, and the bed was comfortable. Nice, comfortable shower and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, and the hosts as well. Would have been nice with a larger smart tv, and a bit better pillows.
