Great location right on the via Francigena. Historic building. Nice staff. It’s only about a mile or so from Castel gandolfo. (Maybe 2-3km?) Reno seems a little half finished? But maybe with an older building its always a work in progress

The room was big and clean. The staff was friendly and informative - told us about a wonderful restaurant, Sora Lello, 5 minutes by car from the hotel. Delicious inexpensive food. Breakfast was very nice. There is one electrical outlet in the room and one in the bathroom very close to the WC. The room's furnishings were clean but dated, the screen on the window was ripped in several places.

An older property probably 1920-30's, but with lots of charm and style of that era. It is in need of some repair work to things like shutters and on a busy road. I read comments about traffic noise, but I asked for a quiet room away from the road and it was good. Good breakfast.

It is a small quite hotel. Rooms were good for the price you pay, and the breakfast was enough including great coffee and some cakes.

Good location Very old building with bery basic furniture. The guy at the reception was very rude and when we asked him for help to book a taxi to airport he called one of his freind and quote us more then the expected fees. Don't trust him

The staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was nice. We had a large bathroom, there was AC. Its easy to get to by public transport from the airport. It is next to an very busy road and we heard traffic all night.

staff were receptive. the service was poor and property was dirty. Our back pack containing our valuables was stolen just as we were having our breakfast. staff couldn’t help us due to language barrier. awful experience hotel is located at a dangerous corner of the town
