I was traveling with family and they had an excellent spaces for us to meet and gather, talk or games together. The desk clerk helped us get the baseball game on the TV, he was just so helpful and pleasant. On our next trip to Albany this is the place we will all choose to stay.

For the money it wasn’t worth it. No room service, did not clean my room, and the air conditioner was way too loud.

Our room was very clean which is the most important to me. We only stayed 1 night so didn't explore the rest of the hotel. Nothing, only stayed 1 night. Did not explore the rest but nothing wrong with the room.

Very impressive hotel and amazing rooms. The bar and server was so nice with an excellent burger with local beer selections. The bed was excellent and loved the space. Can't wait to stay again soon!
