Vending machines broken Room smelled like urine Toilet seat not cleaned. Sticky spill on floor No wash rag

The front desk guy was great. Very pleasant and helpful. He was helpful with finding a room with a view of my car, which was important to me. He assisted me with my bags to the 2nd floor. Location was sketchy. The facility itself was aged, with obvious signs of use. My room was peppered with cigarette burns over the furniture, and over the bathroom sink and tub edge. The room was sparse with no table or chairs. I noticed construction workers seemed to be staying long term.

Fair for the price

Bathroom was disgusting, had a bunch of hairs in tub and tub drain. The toilet was nasty. The floors were very filthy. The halls stunk like cigarettes and pit in a non smoking hotel. Never again

Stains and burn holes everywhere, given the wrong room. Card kept not working

No carpets in rooms The main area and hallways smelled of mold and dog. There was only 1 towel in the room ( no hand towels or washcloths) the floor mat towel was dirty. No pillow cases. There wasn’t any batteries in the TV remote and a light bulb was out. We took multiple trips to front office to get these things, no apologies or real attempts to make our stay better. When we got up in the morning there wasn’t any cockroaches in the bathroom.

Homeless people everywhere outside the building, inside is very dirty, smells like urine and wet dog. Owners live in the motel and many of the rooms are rented out as if they’re apartments. The walls are nicotine stained and the beds have cigarette burns. They charge a $50 deposit and you only get $12 back. Do not recommend staying there.

Disgusting and very horrible! Everything dirty, towels uncleaned, pillows flat, lights do not work. Shower dirty, smell disgusting! Did not sleep there that’s how bad it was. even tho I was tired, still made a 4 hrs drive back home, didn’t feel safe at all.

The room they gave me had no bottom part to bed, when i sat down on the bottom of the bed, the who bed flew up and i rolled on the floor .. i already have a bad back. could have been a lawsuit. every time we get a room there, there is always something broken or not working. the ice machine has not worked since dr. king had a dream.

No elevator to get you to second floor, stairwell needs cleaning, the room the floors look like they have not been mopped in quite sometime, shower nasty bathroom walls could use a wash down, table broken, pillows only 2 and flat over all I will never stay and I left a note for the owners.

Friendly staff, however building and room were not clean. Other clientele were sketchy and we did not feel safe. Did not stay.

Convenient location, easy and fast check in, clean sheets and towels, air conditioning works, and large parking lot.

The place looks like a homeless shelter place smells like animals the rooms are terribly dirty bathtubs are not clean hair on the walls ring around the tub she's didn't smell fresh extra blankets only two was able just terrible

Strong smell of smoke everywhere even though rooms were non-smoking. Surfaces and floor were sticky. Cigarette burnt bed sheets. Dirty linens with stain and hair. Saw a few roaches. Fortunately we only needed to stay one night and we had to leave very early the next morning. Saw a lot of homeless people in the vicinity.
