First of all one of the bed mattresses wasnt good at all! Then it was hard to find parking! I end up parking in a handicapped parking lot…. The staff are not friendly at all!!’ I am will not stay in this hotel again!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which allowed me to get a great night's sleep. The check-in process was also smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Every single member of staff I interacted with was pleasant, understanding, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered daily (my stay was Thurs-Mon), though information about it online was limited or incorrect. I have no complaints about my stay, and if I come back to Albany, this hotel will be at the top of my list of potential lodging.
