The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Parking was easy and free. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was a faint musty odor from the air conditioning unit, but that is common in hotels in the summer.

The days in was just fine the. operator is very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was the parking lot was unlit at night, but it seemed a safe enough area so wasn’t terribly concerned

Room was modern and clean - no carpets! Clearly recently renovated. Across the street from SUNY Albany and only 4 miles on one street from the city center. The setup for the television was unusual. I had to ask a maintenance man on day 2 to show me how to get a signal. Printed instructions in the room would have ben quite helpful.

The breakfast is extremely limited but the staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, so no major complaints.

Good price for the area, friendly staff and very easy check in/checkout A/C stopped at 8pm and wouldn’t turn back on, no family friendly TV channels

From the outside doesn't look great...walking up to the room I regrated my decision to stay here...but in the room it was clean, and the beds were comfy. ONLY HUGE issue there was a heat wave and the ac turned off half way through the night...that SUCKED we woke up soaking in sweat....I dont think I would stay here again sadly

Very nice room. We had a king bed and the room was roomy and well-designed for comfort. Very clean and a nice bed. Room felt new and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was lacking. It consisted of a choice of bananas, bagels, pre-packaged muffins, toast, coffee, or juice. Its clean & convenient for visiting UA because its right outside of campus. Amble free parking. The staff was polite. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping nearby. Bottom line, don't expect too much more from the stay other than a place to sleep and wash.
