The air conditioning was loud and it kept waking me up. This was my first visit to your hotel and I liked the interiors and simplicity. I was hoping to become a regular guest but my experience with the air conditioning was awful. I'd hesitate to visit again. See above

One of the staff members, Quan, was professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable when I called ahead with questions concerning my stay. She helped me arrange for a late check-in and guided me through the process of creating a (free!) Hilton Honors account. Because of Quan, I felt confident in my booking with Tru. Not a thing! Everything was thoughtfully designed, the hotel was clean, and the staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful.
