Very comfortable and roomy especially if traveling with toddlers. Loved the rooms with the trundle bed. Was able to WFH in the rooms office area. Highly recommend.

My family and I were downstairs eating breakfast. There was one line, so everyone got in line to get what they wanted, then moved on to the next breakfast item. Unfortunately, some young lady cut in line in front of a mother and her two children. The mother stated the fact that there was one line, but unfortunately, the young lady said, "I just want a waffle, so therefore I should not have to wait for that." Words were exchanged. Your staff member stopped what she was doing and put her two cents in. Your staff member was very wrong. She was not yelling at the young lady; she just proved her point, and that was it. She let her go to get her waffle, but unfortunately, she did not let it go. She went upstairs and got her mother to come back downstairs. The mother was eating breakfast with her two children. That is when the young lady confronted her with her mother, trying to justify her situation of cutting the line. That is when your staff member again stopped doing what she was doing with the food and put her two cents in, but unfortunately, this time she had her hand in her face like she was a child. That is very unprofessional. I'm glad that I was not in that situation in front of my children. Please resolve this issue before another incident happens. I would love to come back. We loved our room. Plenty of room. Someone can stay up late and watch tv and not bother the one sleeping.
