Beautiful stay, nicely hidden.

There was a large group of children onsite. Common areas were not well maintained. My older son (22yo) was trying to use the jacuzzi and it was not working one day and next was full of underage children ( less than 10 yo).

The service at this hotel is terrible; definitely stay away. Right at the entrance, the valet aggressively demands the car and tries to squeeze a tip out of you, While a guy there won't even let you pull forward. In the breakfast room, Mario is a total disaster; he practically flings coffee and tea—of indeterminate quality—onto your table. You’re burdened with stress and aggravation before your day has even begun.

Everything was excellent about our stay at Staybridge Suites, ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS.

We loved the exterior and interior of the hotel. I enjoyed the social nights Monday-Wednesday during my stay. My only issue, however, was that the bed we slept in the first night was extremely uncomfortable, but the staff was very nice and moved us to a different room. There were no other issues. I would definitely stay at the Staybridge in Albany the next time I visit.

When arrive at hotel they said I was booked for 3 suites never called to confirm now I didn’t have enough then if I cancel I be charge it was my daughter birthday then I ask to speak to manager no manger available the predictions said they couldn’t do it then they refuse to help ontop of the website says room accommodation can be met if needed they then refuse remove furniture
