We payed for a room with a pull out couch for my son and they told me they did not have a room like this available. My son slept on the floor

The hotel property and my room was clean and well-maintained. Convenient location close to food and amenities. I thought the free breakfast was better than most - lots of cold and hot options. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

LOCATION was great to get on the thruway to NYC. Breakfast was good and accommodations were good. Mattress was a little hard for me but not for my husband.

Very good breakfast. Room clean . The heating system was quite noisy

The room was located right next to the side entrance, we heard the door opening and slamming all night. Then around 1:30 am, someone started blasting music. We booked the room to get sleep before an early flight but it was so noisy!!!

ok When you take out money for incidentals off a card and 5 days later it is not in your account! I offered to pay cash they said no now its Friday and I left there Sunday morning and still don't have it in my account! This place was taken over by another out fit. I have stayed there the last 5 years at the same time each year .This was the last year I stay here.The next place I check and see who is running the property .If it is the same group the front desk person told me. I will not stay at any of their properties.Not customer friendly!
