Nothing The room smelled terrible. When i went down stairs to the check in the service desk clerk just handed me a can of spray. We also had an emergency we needed to leave a day early. I was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. This was my first experience with you and it will be my last

Honestly, very little other than the location. It’s off wolf Road which is perfect for those looking for north Albany and great restaurants. But there are many many other hotels offering better service. Poor service, plastic cutlery, poor quality breakfast, cheap pillows and bedding, generally shoddy.

Pretty basic, but decent hotel. AC in room was a bit loud coming on. It was nice to get a free breakfast with coffee as well!

Unhelpful front desk staff. Walls paper thin and you can hear everything. Other guests allow their kids to scream and play in hallway like it was a romper room. With paper thin walls, their noise was unacceptable and not addressed by staff.

The cost of the night to stay at this hotel far exceeds the value. While the room was clean and nice, the staff left a lot to be desired. The breakfast they offered was from 7A-10A. We went down each day at 9A and could barely scrape together a meal. The eggs were empty and it took three people to ask, to get them refilled. One day there were no bagels, or English muffins after the last one was taken. People had to aske for coffee and the water they had out was empty. That made it a bad experience. For the price we paid, the breakfast should have been overflowing and people should not have had to be disappointed.

We had to take a later flight than planned, so we stayed last minute at the hotel. We arrived later and there was a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating, letting us store our luggage after checkout as our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Not just the typical continental breakfast items. The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety. The airport shuttle was very convenient. It was a quick 5-10 minute drive to the airport. The rooms were very quiet especially considering it was an airport hotel.

We payed for a room with a pull out couch for my son and they told me they did not have a room like this available. My son slept on the floor

Room was clean, staff was congenial and helpful. I would definitely stay there again when I’m in Albany
