Albany Airport Inn

The bed was extremely hard and we felt like it wasn't that clean either. We only stayed one night instead of the 3 we were supposed to because of that!

The hotel also had serious safety concerns. All of the exterior exit doors were unlocked, allowing anyone to enter the building, even if they were not guests. I saw two people sleeping in the hallway who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and the staff did nothing about it. I also requested clean towels, but they were never delivered. Overall, the hotel was unclean, poorly maintained, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend staying here.

Rooms were hardly clean. Continental breakfast had no hot food. Even the coffee was instant. Will never return again in spite of the price

Room was fine nothing fancy until we took our shoes off and the floor felt grimy. My daughter immediately put on socks and within a few minutes of just walking around the bottom of her socks were black. When we got home the socks that I had been eating as well had a huge wad of hair attached- and was 100% not my hair - I didn’t notice earlier because we left a 4:30 am. I didn’t not pay a ton for this room but I do expect no matter what you pay, for your room to be clean. The floors in our room didn’t look like they had been cleaned in months. We might have switched hotels but it was late when we got in.

Hotel was so dirty and service so bad. Our toilet didnt work and we had to constantly call them to come fix it. It stinks so bad and just disgusting.

My issue is that the room given to me hadn’t been cleaned - still had all the trash and dirty laundry in it from the previous occupants. The staff were nice enough, and gave me a new room, but having to spend an extra 15-20min sorting that out is the last thing you want to do late at night after a long day of travel.

Hotel is dated and maintenance is a bit mixed - our particular experience was an unclean room.

Not coming back

We couldn't get many channels on the TV. The breakfast was good! The coffee was weak. Carpets appeared to be worn need to be replaced.

Not the Marriott but it’s all we needed. The room was clean and nothing else was needed for our stay. Breakfast was purely Continental but sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area was safe and had plenty of onsite parking.

Why don't said continental breakfast? Bad coffees like hot water.

It was a place to stay...thats it. Very old,lots of wear and tear in the room, stains on the carpet walls was peeling room was dark. The breakfast was just muffins and bread bagels, waffle machine ok i quess.......i would call it a half breakfast provided on the web site not a full breakfast

This a mid range hotel. Not the best not the worst. Hotel has a definite smell not repulsive but not clean and fresh. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast typical for mid range. Make your own waffle was acceptable. For @ $100 not bad and location was good.

Bed was clean, newer carpets, but poor airflow so quite humid in the room. Pool was quite strong chlorine. Floor in the breakfast room sticky by the juice machine. Overall pretty much what you’d expect given the price point, but staff were helpful and free breakfast was pretty standard.

the bathtub had lime around the drain, otherwise room was clean.

I have no complaints very clean.

You get what you pay for. The property wasn’t terrible. It was definitely clean compared to some other inns and motels in the area. When I did arrive, they charge you $150 hold on your card, but that never happened instead I was charged an additional room rate for a room I already paid for. I will be contacting the hotel in order to have it reimbursed on my card. The clientele is to be expected Room was loud people were ratchet. Originally, I was given a room that was not cleaned properly if you stay here, I suggest bringing your own wipes to make sure your room is clean to your standard.I did address the fact that the conjoining rooms did not lock because the property painted the lock shut as well as the fried chicken on the floor the previous guest. I did express my concerns regarding the cleanliness and the malfunction of the door, and they did move my room down the hall, which was much quieter and a lot cleaner. There is stains on the couches I wouldn’t suggest sitting on any of them. Not sure if they have ever been clean. I definitely will not be staying here again just because of my own standards, but not a horrible room for a cheap rape if you have to make it work.

I would not ever choose to stay here again. The hotel had an outdated and dirty feeling overall. We had a pillow on our bed thay was dirty and my husband found a disposable mouth guard in his fitted sheet. Our faucet was super strong and shot water everywhere. We walked by the pool and there was lots of trash. Around 11pm we had kids knocking on our door and then running away. The breakfast was subpar.
