Hampton Inn Albany-Wolf Road (Airport)

Man, this place was perfect for our one night stay. We got in late from our Cooperstown Championship game. We still had dirty cloths that needed to be washed before our flight back. The staff on hand was very helpful with getting me set up for their Bluetooth app. Our king size bedroom was just what we needed, after spending a week on a full size bed bunk! The next day our flight didn't leave out till late afternoon, but we were able to store our bags on site while we ate off site. Parking is well lit, breakfast is fair, one of the elevators was shutdown.All in all, I'd recommend this hotel. Also, you are only 5 min from the airport!

Poor breakfast

Great breakfast with plenty of food.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. However, I was not able to push the lever on the shower to only have the faucet run. Other than that, looking forward to our stay there in July.

But staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was the typical, mediocre buffet, but clean and hot! Pricey (over $200 per night after taxes, etc. for standard room) for what you get.

Very nice hotel

I have never experienced such a low commode. Ridiculous height. Also could the desk for over an hour trying to schedule a wake up call without success.

Room clean and spacious. The breakfast area is congested due to narrow space but did have a nice selection of breakfast items. We are Hilton Honors member and front desk aware. Did not offer the normal perk of honors Shower weak. Food acces convenient for dinner.

I love this hotel until this last stay As I said in the likes, I loved this hotel. It is comfortable, and 99% of the staff are nice and sweet. But this time I was staying there I had my elderly mom with me and she fell out of their super high bed snapped the pins and bent the screws that were holding the plate in place now she needs to go through surgery AGAIN. And when I told the manager he just said what do you want me to do about it. I am half tempted to take this to my attorney HARDING AND MAZZATTI

my pillows where gross. the bathroom smelled like urine and was very unsanitary. my towels had black makeup on them and the bathtub is oddly shaped and hard to stand in.
