The girl at the front desk was awful. We had paid online for the room. We arrived 2 hours early and she didn't even try to get us a room that was ready! I explained we were tired from traveling and still she got even more stern. My husband and I are 73 and 75 yes. Old with many health issues. I asked if we could hang out in the lobby. Begrudgingly she said yes. We sat patiently for over an hour when that girl left her post and a much kinder girl came over to us and asked if we had been waiting. She immediately got us a beautiful room! She was very quiet but very kind.

Love the suite and amenities. Breakfast was a plus. We appreciate the fact that it is dog friendly, even though we didn't bring ours to this one.
