Clean room, great parking!

Parking is okay. I do wish wish the hotel had more accessible parking. The location is great, near a major highway. The room was spacious. I do wish we were able to use the private entrance to enter our room. We did not use all of the amenities which are namy. This hotel is busy. That weekend we stayed, there were prom dates, weddings, and more.

I thought the property was beautiful. But with the cost, I was surprised that no microwave in room and that they dont do room service. The pool was a little disappointing and it would be nice if there was a hot tub. The restaurant was wonderful

The Crowne Plaza management and staff take their jobs seriously and perform their work with with great dignity. It was a pleasure to see and experience. The result of Crowne Plaza staff finding satisfaction in a job well done is a (cool) physical plant that is extremely well maintained, excellent service without interruption (literally 24 hours), and the willingness to take responsibility for making guests comfortable and happy. Rare traits.

The sheets in the bed had a blood stain. I am not sure if it was changed between occupants. It soured our wedding anniversary celebration

Pretty clean of few area not quite excellent. Elevator for one Lots of kids running about which is fine but it presents challenges keeping thing clean
