Hotel Trilogy Albany Airport, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I really liked this place. Got a reasonable price on a great room. The location seems a bit wonky in the dark, but really, it's in a great location. It's a shame room prices aren't a bit more reasonable during racing season, but I can see why people stay here. It's worth it!

No complimentary breakfast; limited dining g options on site

No one to check us in on arrival. Had to go to next door lobby and they had lost my paid reservation so had to get new reservation. Had dinner at hotel restaurant which was good food but very slow bar service . Very unorganized staff.

The hallway has a strong smell to it, I think it may be the carpet honestly. The TV was a basic TV, which I wasn’t expecting as all Hilton hotels I’ve been to in the past have had a smart TV. Housekeeping did not appropriately replace the bath linens. The room did not come with complimentary waters. I would have to say the location is great, about 15 minutes from wherever I wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed how modern the room decor was. The included toiletries did have a nice scent. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We have stayed there before and enjoy the restaurant. Unfortunately it was not open this trip. Odd for a Saturday night.

I arrived early to check in not expecting a room to be ready. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and location perfect for my plans.

Really clean and convenient hotel close to airport. Overpriced though.
