Additonally the desk chair slipped out from under me and I hit my head on the wall and had to crawl to the bed to get up with quite a bit of difficulty. You should consider putting some kind of floor covering to prevent this happening to someone else.

I'm in Albany regularly and this has become my go-to place to stay. Comfortable and clean rooms, convenient location and friendly staff. What more do you need?

Overall clean and staff friendly . No breakfast and/or coffee maker in room. Also coukd use a small refrig. Most inns have at that price.

Nicer, and cleaner, than I expected for the price. Many food options nearby (walking distance).

The size of the room was good. The facilities as whole were dirty, old and in disrepair. The stairs and beams under the structure were rusted and literally falling apart. Due to the lack of care of the rest of the facilities I didn't dare attempt to eat the breakfast.

Only complaint was no soap in the dispensers, but I survived and would stay there again.

Dealing with the headquarters was useless. The room was not clean and the desk staff was not helpful either.

The hospitality staff was friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff seemed bored and not friendly. She was straightforward and never thanked me for my stay. She charged a $100 fee for 2 days for 2 dogs ($25/day per dog) while advertising as no additional fees for animals. The blow dryer was not adequate. The breeze outside provided more air. The floors without carpet appeared clean as was the bathroom. However when I blotted up water I spilled on the small carpet between the beds it resulted in a dark brown stain resembling mud. Yikes! Not comfortable wearing no shoes here!

No in-room coffee, coffee not available in the lobby at 4:00 am when I needed to get to the airport; wake-up call did not work (I asked at the desk when checking in, but no wake-up call occurred). The person at reception was lovely, but coffee has to be available at very early hours for an airport hotel. Not a lot to ask. Oh, and there was no clock/radio or alarm clock in the room. Also a must for an airport hotel. I have had way better amenities at Red Roof in the past; perhaps this was just a cheaper room. Still. I won't stay there again.

Female F/D staff. Look down on guests. Rude with demeanors like Guests OWE her $$ and charge for microwave one day at $5 then four days for $7 a day! Rude Everyday!

i stayed in room 119, it was one of the last available for the night, so i am not sure if that has anything to do with it being so bad but this was the dirtiest room i have ever stayed in. when we arrived we considered leaving but there were no other hotels available and we had to stay. there is an overpowering damp mold smell though the whole room, stains and particles in the sheets, a sticky substance on the bible and surfaces, and when the fan is on on the bathroom a putrid stench is pumped through the vent. the person at the desk was kind, obviously it wasnt his fault, he gave us a disinfectant spray to try to make the room more comfortable. i am also a frequent camper and have probably lower than average standards for lodging, but this place was truly disgusting.
