Went to check in and the power was out. Waiting on a refund.

Nothing really worked. You try to wash your face, sink is filling up and there are multiple hair near the sink. You try to call houekeeping, but nobody answers and there is a long line at front desk so you don’t get help for a long time. You try to leave the room and it takes 5 minutes to fix the jammed lock. You try to have coffee and see the machine is already full of old water. You try to print and printer is out of ink and paper. You try to sleep and sheets are dirty. Already changed room once but the issues were just nonstop. The maintenance staff we dealt with was quite courteous and nice. But the manager at the front desk did not provide best customer service, despite issues, he never really apologized or tried to make it better for us, and was rather having not best tone. Any place can have issues, but what matters is how you deal with them and how you make the guests feel. I used to love the Marriott brand and now I don’t know. These are too many issues at one property to overlook. It’s not a guests job to act as free labor and keep telling them what needs fixing. The complimentary lifewater was a very nice touch, I want to add that.

It was comfortable and roomy and clean
-
old and not modern at all. seems like they only updated the lobby.

The concierge and bar staff were all top notch h, professional and courteous. The hotel is older, and can use some updating, but very clean and may have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! We had a little appetizer and a drink at the bar. Excellent menu and food was better than I expected. Overall, it was great!

The WiFi didn’t work for me. Input in my ost name and room number, but it didn’t work.

The hotel itself is old and dated, which I can overlook. The bathroom was tiny, the view from our room was literally a brick wall, and the TV was slanted sideways and kept tipping backward no matter what we did. Again, none of that would have been a huge deal. What really bothered me was the cleanliness. There was visible dirt and dust throughout the room, and the bathroom floor and shower had long, dark women’s hairs and dust on them. There was also a stale smell in the room. I didn’t even want to put my bare feet on the floor. The bed itself was clean and comfortable, which was at least a positive. We are Marriott Gold members, and after spending 9 hours in the car, we were exhausted and just wanted to get to bed, so we didn’t bother complaining at the time. But honestly, I could overlook an old hotel, a tiny bathroom, a bad view and a wonky TV if the room were actually clean. And then, when we checked out this morning, we weren’t even asked how our stay was. That was disappointing in itself, especially considering the issues we had with the room. It would have been nice to at least have someone ask. For a Marriott, and especially for a property where guests have status, I expected better. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum.

Very nice property and great staff.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable!

Water was lukewarm on the fourth floor. Bathroom was moldy. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and modern. Good desk and workspace. Great location.

Clean room, comfortable beds

Check in was very late, you can not go into the room until 4pm in the afternoon. This leaves some people inconvenienced or venerable if you need to be in a safe space earlier. Departure has to be by noon the next day. A lot of individuals need a place earlier depending on flights or driving. In winter one is essentially coming at night only or wait in the lobby for 5 hours.

Nice property, great location
-
The room was clean, the restaurant food was good. The pool area was nice. Close to the airport.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. The air was humid, and the cleanliness needs to be addressed in the rooms. It may have been we were in the first floor, but the room was tiny , popcorn ceilings, humid air. I wouldn’t stay here again. The only good thing is the driving service to get you to the airport.

Everything was dirty. The staff was disrespectful and we had to leave before checkout time and I never got my money back. You guys suck.
