Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany

The staff was friendly and very nice, but the room was terrible. The toilet in the bathroom was so small it looked like it belonged in a toddler’s room, my husband woke up to spiders in the bedroom, we checked out early because this was not the experience that would make us feel good about staying another day

nice place to stay and in a great location

When we were checking in the front desk lady was quite overwhelmed but handled herself very professionally and diligently. She did her best to accommodate a gentleman who had a tournament to go to. The location is not bad, quite of bit of stuff around to get to eat, and shop. Definitely not a bad spot to stay if you need a quick get away or a place to spruce up and sleep. We had an event near by and it was a perfect location, close to where we needed to be, plenty of places to walk to eat, and the bed was comfortable. We probably will be back for another night stay.

Treated like a king. Staff go out of their way to help. Amazing respectfully, caring, trust worthy staff. A rarity for areas Hotels.

The room was dirty! Hadn’t been dusted stains on the walls hair behind the bathroom door! And we had to get a blow dryer from the front office.

The place is old. First room bathroom floor was soaking wet. Changed rooms- fixtures old and dirty. Beds uncomfortable.

Great staff! They are all very friendly. I came in late and I felt so welcomed. My room was comfortable and exactly what I needed. There could be more to the breakfast area, but they do offer coffee all day/night. The room was quite clean - just minor things in tiny crevices, if you are that particular. It's a great location. Away from the busy downtown, but right across from TONS of shopping.

I had to stay again this last weekznd and my room didn't reek. It made all the difference.
