Lost power in our room had to change rooms. Our room was very clean. Had a few questionable people around the property, but had no problems.

Horrible hotel. When I realized what’s kind of place it was within an HOUR of checking in, I asked for a refund. They told me to go through Expedia. I did. They still denied my refund request.

Staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. very little accommodations and bedding extremely uncomfortable. worst hotel i have ever stayed at. very seedy characters lurking around at night.

Absolutely the worst. Room was filthy. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Still had hair in the shower from previous guests. Icing on the cake was roaches. We checked out early and stayed somewhere else. Never again

Rough looking crowd, but it’s really just a bunch of not rich people getting by the best they can with what they have. Some of them may not be able to live within a certain distance of a school, but that’s just personal judgement and guessing based on appearances (which may not be fair). I was not surprised to finally see the roaches as we ended our second night. I then pieced it together that the perfume odor was probably not febreeze and was probably roach spray. The front desk clerk didn’t flinch when I told him, so it clearly wasn’t a surprise. But we were headed out anyway. We had a perfectly fine stay, I guess. Won’t go back and will DEFINITELY spend the extra $100 for a room that is guaranteed to not have roaches. If you’re passing through the area quick, stay here. It’s good for a quick night then be on your way. We stayed for an anniversary weekend, we didn’t need much more than clean sheets and door dash, lol. But yea, gross place.

The hotel was filthy dirty, there people outside smoking, the hallways smell like marijuana , I arrived there at 5pm, I was running late for an event, did not have time to inspect the rooms fully. I placed my bag in the room and ran out by 6pm. Upon returning, I was greeted by a cockroach coming out of the room, when I went inside there was another in front of the door. I started to inspect the room, I found a plastic bag with a plate inside of the microwave. I called the front desk no one answered. I made the decision to leave the hotel at the moment. When I went to the front desk, reported the cockroaches and the bag of food left in microwave and the pictures of the evidence to the staff, the man was not surprised neither apologized . I told him that I wanted to be refunded. This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever been to. I couldn’t stay there not for one night.

First room given smelled so bad of marijuana that there was no way to stay there. There were questionable invidividuals loitering all over the place, making my teenage daughters very uncomfortable. Was moved to a separate area of the hotel, then smell was better but the room was still old , damaged and not a comfortable stay. Won't be returning when in the area.

Disappointing

The room was worth it. Double room even though we didnt need the second bedroom. Tub was the whole reason for booking. Bathroom floor needs help. There are some goo spots on the floor in the main room. And tv remote without a battery for the other room and no tv remote for main. No coffee maker.

There was a living mouse in my room

Just, don't! The smell was awful, beds were gross, front desk associate did not seem surprised or argumentive when I told him I couldn't stay (which made me think it was a common occurrence). They did send me my money back after 6 days. I am always looking for a bargain, but not at the expense of my health or safety not to mention, my children STAY CLEAR!
