Room has dead roaches in the bathroom, I requested a refund and they refused and suggested putting me and my boyfriend and our 3 year old toddler a second room. Second room was filled with dead bugs. Sheets had orange stains on them and toilet seat was broken. Wifi did not work. It wasn’t until i threatened to call department of health on them that they wanted to give my refund back and i did not get that money till 4 days later. Staff will argue tooth and nail that they are right.

I was quite pleased with our stay. The courtyard had a wonderful fountain and the pool was very generous in size. The staff could not have been nicer! The room was clean, the beds were cozy and the air conditioner worked like a charm. All in all, I would most definitely stay here again.

Bel endroit pour demeurer à proximité de l’autoroute. Très tranquille. Beaucoup de bons restaurants autour et centre d’achats.

It's in a great location on a suburban strip of many chain hotels. This one served our purposes. It's very convenient to get to events in the downtown Albany area. We left our charger there and went back a couple of days later to pick it up without issue.

It’s a convenient spot to stay… never seen any kind of bugs.. or actual filth!! There’s a few updates the place needs but for the price and compared to many other properties around the area, it’s so well worth it!! Pool is cute n great for a dip on a hot summer day!!

They made me feel uncomfortable, told I’m only allowed to stay 7 days. Keep on saying I was a smoker. And made me pay a 100$ deposit

A true diamond in the rough. Staff are friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is FABULOUS! It's older but charming, nothing fancy but comfortable. Next time I plan on staying longer.
