Everything was great .

Staff checking in were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom is very small. Corridors were dark and a little dingy.

Stay was nice.

Our room was nice and clean, the one down side was how tight the shower and toilet quarters were. Besides that our stay was perfect. We also were surprised at the morning breakfast had a variety of options. Overall I'd stay at this location again.

Check was effortless. The Front Desk Associate was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made my first contact at the hotel very pleasant. All was good!

The room was fine no issues. My only concern is the staff. Checking in late evening the person at the counter was very rude. Instead of good evening how can I help you. I got “What do you want”? When I said I’d like to check in I got I’ll be with you in a bit as she walked away. Definitely not a warm welcome from start to finish. Morning counter staff was no better. When checking out person behind the counter was texting on her cell phone and never acknowledged me at all. Another staff member came out of the office took the key and went back. No offer of copy of receipt. How was your stay. Nothing!! Front end staff needs some training.

The staff at this hotel including the cleaning staff are just wonderful. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room and was told no. I must have looked very disappointed as when after I came back dinner there was a coffee maker in the room. Thanks excellent service. The elevator is really far from the lobby.

Clean rooms, helpful friendly and efficient staff. Small but clean indoor pool and free nightly Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! Free toothbrush if needed too

I could see why this hotel is a favorite for pilots & flight attendants. It is convenient to the airport & has a great shuttle service. Our receptionist when we arrived was extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Our flight was very early morning so we didn't have breakfast but it looked like it would great.

We arrived late at night and left early so we didn't have time to experience many amenities. But, the room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful.

We thoroughly loved our breakfast. Especially the potatoes, pancakes and sausage.

Breakfast ok Coffee machine broken no coffee in room. could not adjust HVAC in room. Could not get cable to work

The property was clean and quiet. If you are a big breakfast eater, the breakfast options were a little limited. But still nice to have!
