Great facilities, very comfortable and fabulous breakfast. Bit away from downtown but bus was handy; end of line.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was right next to the metro! The AC did not work. And the pool was an extension of the hotel open to the public so it wasn’t really what I was expecting because when I tried using the pool, there was a kids swim practice happening.

Amazing personal that also helped me get a space where I could work in the morning before the room was ready Book a bicycle package and was expecting to then have actual bicycles including. Though was not, with that package all included was free parking if I would have brought one. + Calling yourself a SPA hotel and then not letting guests for free into the SPA is a big turndown

It's a very clean facilities, reasonable price, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Location is very convenient, which is only one block away from the train station.

Location was convenient, parking was easy, lobby was aesthetically nice, elevators work well, room was relatively clean. Staff were very rude upon checking to learn that we hadn't included our children in our reservation. When I asked "what is the problem?" their only response was repeatedly "what do you mean what is the problem?"

Jus the variety of food for breakfast... I think they could do more

The gym is very well equipped for a hotel, and the service provided in this area was satisfactory. There is a lack of clear and standardized information regarding hotel services and schedules. The guidance provided varied depending on the staff member, particularly concerning room cleaning times and the operating hours of the gym’s cafeteria for meals. With a few exceptions, the staff appeared to be overloaded, which affected the friendliness and proactiveness of the service. The hotel does not offer free common areas for guests, such as a bar or lounge, nor a leisure-oriented swimming pool. Relaxation facilities are only available at an additional cost (spa). The gym pool could be an alternative; however, it is shared with external swimming classes, which reduces the level of privacy and comfort expected. Room cleaning was adequate; however, it was carried out at variable times in the afternoon, even though the room was free in the morning, making it difficult to plan afternoon rest.

Biggest room of our trip, very good brkfst buffet. Very helpful staff. Had a very interesting eastern block or late seventies feel. Furniture and decor was comfortable but bit bare.

Hotel located in Alboraya, closed to our daughter apartment. It is always a pleasure to stay in the hotel and enjoy the pool and Spa. Staff is friendly as always. There is great choice for the buffet but food can be cold

The bicycle facilities are excellent. We were able to assemble our bikes after our flight and store our boxes until our return a few days later. The location of the hotel is not central but the public transport links into the city are excellent and we used both the Metro and bus which were very convenient. Nothing

Cleaning crew helpfullness and kindness, Spa facilities. Attitude of Isabel who blames the customer for their discomfort in a room way over 25 degrees.

Brilliant location for us. Poor WiFi.

The room cleaning was good, and the breakfast was tasty (although a bit repetitive). The hotel doesn’t meet the standards of even a 2-star rating — there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, let alone tea or coffee. There was also no minibar. But the worst part was the complete lack of access to an iron. There wasn’t one in the room, nor was there one available on the floor or upon request. The only option was to order ironing as a separate paid service, and you had to wait for it. There was also a shampoo (which doubled as body wash) in the bathroom, but it was of very low quality, and there was no hair conditioner provided.

Easy to park and good breakfast. Double bed was very small and room was hot paid parking.
