Bet Apartments - City Suites Reig.

It was the perfect size for me and had a cute little kitchenette that made it feel homey. I really enjoyed the location and took the bus a few times and with a bus stop across the street, that was super helpful. I had a few interactions with the cleaning staff and they were all super helpful and friendly. I also really appreciated how quiet the building was. There is a laundromat next door, along with a supermarket, and I found both of those to be extremely convenient! There was an odor that never really went away that wasn't great. I smelled it in other parts of Valencia as well, so I don't think it was specific to my apartment, but it also wasn't in other parts of the apartment building either, so I don't really know what to think.

The apartment was very clean, very spacious and bright. It was clean and there was coffee and tea and everything you need. The owners were kind and available for anything we needed, even though everything was perfect and no assistance was needed

The staff was very responsive and offered an excellent replacement. They were very helpful and made sure that we will be satisfied. Day 3-7 apartment was great. Backgroun: We booked 7 nights. 1st day - we had an issue with the apartment (swage smell, not uncommon in Valencia) and the next morning we complained. Within 1 hour we were offered replacement alternatives. The 2ns day apartment was good. The "Day 3-7 apartment" was great. That 3rd apartment in El Carmen was great and we appreciated it. So our rating is based on a blend of 3 apartments. The initial apartment had swage smell which disturbed us. We understand that it is not uncommon in Valencia. Still, we felt that it should have been addressed at least by airing the apartment, flashing the swage system and checking for plumbing issues. The next door apartment was OK. Later we read that another renter complained about it too. Later we found that staying in the old town, i.e. El Carmen was, for us, a much better location

Location ok, market and pizzeria very very close, bus station very close, metro pretty close (300m). THE SEWAGE SMELL. I had read about the smell, but it was said to be only in the building lobby. We had it in the room also. Not all the time, but sometimes it was horrible. Also, interacting with a robot/AI on whatsapp for anything we needed was not the best option. We have asked for a couple more coffee cartridges on the last day, but that was not possible. We've bought a full pack from the market for 3 euros and left the rest in the apartment, no problem, but it would've been nice if they had only delivered what we've asked.

Can be quite cold in the winter: the air conditioning is not efficient for heating, and the tiled floor is very cold.

I love the tranquility of the neighborhood. The fact that there was a new Laundromat right behind the apartment. Also a Mercadona and plenty of restaurants and Coffee shops. The apartment is about 20min walk to the main atractions.

Great location, clean bright apartment with everything essential provided, easy to check in and to checkout. Many stores/ cafeteria/ restaurants around. Crispy clean bedding and comfy mattresses. Walking distance to the park, art gallery, cathedrals, including Cathedral de Valencia. What else to say - everything was perfect for our stay. Many thanks from all our family.

Well-situated apartments, convinient and fast self-check-in, big size room, clean, multiple facilities There was a noticeable smell in the corridor, but thankfully not in the room, which had an automated air freshener. It took a considerable amount of time for the water to heat up. On a positive note, the staff was very attentive and eager to assist—perhaps even a bit overly so, as I received multiple messages via WhatsApp, email, and a phone call checking in on us and confirming our departure time. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
