Everything really . Spotlessly clean , staff were so friendly, really comfortable room well equipped , Beautiful gardens & a restful felling . Good food & drink . Probably the location it was a bit out of the way but the bus service is excellent .

Room was large and clean with very comfortable bed and bathroom amenities were excellent. The breakfast was great (especially the freshly squeezed orange juice) and in and beautiful relaxing location.

Very friendly staff. Amazing location. The most beautiful breakfast room ever. And also a very good breakfast. Dog friendly and ideally next to this big park in the city. Perfect. Also a garage for my car. Room service was also good and the pool and steam room wonderful. The rooms could be a little bit more modernized.

One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel but also the food at the hotel restaurant was great. Overall great stay, pool and spa treatments were incredible. Staff throughout the hotel were so amazing and very kind to my toddler making it a great family friendly stay. I can't wait to go back again. Nothing to add

Location is nice, it's beautiful, nothing to complain about the rooms, breakfast was really good One disappointing aspect of the stay was the payment process. At check-in, the hotel placed two large pre-authorisations on my card for our two rooms. At check-out, the full amount was then charged separately, while the original pre-authorisations remained blocked for several days. This effectively meant that I had to have twice the cost of the rooms tied up for a significant part of my holiday. I understand that hotels may require a guarantee, but this felt unnecessarily inconvenient and was not clearly explained. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a smoother and more customer-friendly payment process.
