Location was great We were told we could park our car until 3 the next day. By the front desk fork. We asked the front desk specifically if ok. Our car was towed during night and we had to figure out how to find it, walk there and pay 175 euro to get it out!!! This hotel should have paid us to get it out since THEY said we were allowed to park there.

That its convenient and close to transportation

The mattress is uncomfortable, the air conditioning is right over the head over the bed, make sleep harder

the shower doesn't release much water

Every common areas are in construction. no access to the terasse, had to smoke in the street too... I was informed 1 day before arriving that it was on construction.. what am I supposed to do at that point?

Close to metro station at a walking distance. Mini fridge and cook top. All good, no tv in the room, and some maintenance is happening for improvements

Ok value for the price in Valencia The room I got when I arrived a bit before midnight was very dirty (stained toilet seat, dirty floor, dirty kitchen, full of crumbs). I complained in the morning and the girl in the reception said she would call the cleaning company to clean it. Didn't even apologize. The room was in the same condition when I returned in the evening. I went back to the reception, where another girl, blonde, was working, and she kindly gave me a different room, which was much cleaner. The AC is preset to 23 degrees celsius, you can't modify the temperature and there is no remote controller. The toilet paper is really cheap ? I normally don't even notice toilet paper, but this was worse than usual. The bed wasn't very comfortable, could feel the springs (I have 52 kg).

I booked because has a terrace, but repairs were done almost all the ground floor. I was not informed via a message that this was happening although the price include all the amenities. .....i could go somewhere else choosing what i want to have at the location.

The bed was a tiny bit small and the airconditioning leaked a bit at the beginning. Everything worked properly though, so not really a big problem.

A small room for one person, but there’s enough space. It has air conditioning and a small kitchen. Walking distance to the tourist center. Quiet at night. It’s a good option for a two- or three-night stay. If you stay longer, it might start to feel a bit cramped. Some downsides — the kitchen doesn’t have any basics for cooking, like salt or oil, so you’ll need to buy everything if you want to cook. There was no sponge or dish soap either, which was inconvenient. The shower cabin is very small — even with my short height I kept bumping into the walls. The water pressure is weak, and sometimes it took a long time for the hot water to come on. It’s okay for a couple of nights.

Great location, well connected, cafes all around, supermarket too. The only thing I didn't like was the students parting in the room next to mine, but as the receptionist explained it's their accommodation, also banging doors will make your bed jump. All in all very well and great value for the price.

The accommodation is in a great location. Close to the Valencia stadium. There are universities nearby, so there are lots of nice cafes and tapas restaurants that are not too expensive in the area.

This is my second stay (previous was pre-pandemic). Location (close to the faculties) and price are unbeatable for the area. Staff is very friendly (though google translate was needed for both sides). Facilities are fine (elevator is a huge plus, common restroom at groundfloor makes everything easy). My stay was short, but the room has a fridge, a stovestop, and all the basic pots&pans&plates etc necessary to cook. It is also quiet. Desks are available, wifi works, so you can study or work. Plugs everywhere where you need them. Very nice. Well...inevitably time has passed over the Colegio. Some of the furniture is beaten up, a more attentive eye can pick up spots of room that need extra cleaning. Hand towels are a bit old. Shower cabin & faucet old and in need of replacement. Nothing is truely à major issue. It's just the passing of time & students over a place designed to be used long-term with care (as oppopsed to short term & careless)
