Location is very noisy with heavy street revving; hotel did provide earbuds. This is a motel, not hotel layout, so room entrance is exterior. Our room faced the full afternoon sun, so it was hot. Had to use a garment to use the door handle. AC worked well. Bathroom needed attention--missing some grout and tile falling under the sink during our stay. Bathroom was otherwise clean and spacious. We had an issue with the tv upon arrival (screen freezing). We figured it was the wifi and ignored it at first. On day 2, it was still not working so we called and an engineer was sent. He spent 20-30 min in our room trying to reset/fix, then called the desk and requested we receive the max discount. He kindly asked if we'd like to swap rooms, but we didn't want the hassle. TV suddenly started working, but he assured we'd still receive discount. At checkout, we asked for a receipt showing discount, but reception said they don't print receipts and a discount would not be issued anyway b/c we used a third party (hotels.com). Asked to speak to management and engineer, but reception said they were not there (even though we saw engineer in the pool area). Receptionist was not helpful. Hours later, the manager called back and offered a refund but we had to call hotels.com to get it. After a long hold, hotels.com said they would issue $50 refund for our trouble. This hotel was not worth the price. And a week later our cc still shows a $300 deposit pending?Upsetting, won't stay again.

the bathroom was NOT clean at all when we arrived in our room. there was urine all over the bottom and side of toilet. sheets were not clean and the bed was so uncomfortable. ac barley worked as well. you would also think that the hotel would have some water in the room but no you were having to pay for everything. definitely not going back to that hotel. very disappointed. also forgot to mention… the woman working the front desk this morning was very rude to my partner when he had asked if they had a water.

Such a cute and great hotel with the best vibes. We were traveling through so just a stop on our way into Arizona but some of the best views. Salt and stone shampoo was such a perk. Beds were comfortable. There are snacks and drinks provided in the room at an additional cost. Overall a great hotel! I traveled with my family of 4 and we absolutely loved it.

I went downstairs looking for coffee (there was none) and ice. No one was at the front desk, so I texted the number on the room key for help. A woman showed up, who, it turns out, was the front desk agent. No smile, no hello, in fact no words at all. I asked her for ice, she went to get me some ice, and handed the bag back to me. She did not say one word to me throughout the interaction. The parking was expensive, but it's secure, and the neighborhood is not worth risking parking on the street. There's a homeless camp across the street, so be aware that "park view" is actually "homeless camp view".

Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash cans! House keeping, I requested service once during my stay. Nightstand was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, TP was not replenished, floor was not swept, yet somehow my husband's black sunglasses came up missing. I didn't mention this because we figured the person needed then more than my husband. In the end we still had a lovely time.

Hotel Arrive did not meet my expectations. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of the city. My Uber driver even warned me not to go out by myself after 7 pm. My room was never cleaned, the trash can in my room never emptied, no fresh towels, bed was never made. In fact I never saw any cleaning staff. During two of the nights I stayed at the Arrive there was loud noisy crowds in the street next to the hotel and car engines revving their engines. No amenities in the room like a coffee maker. If you wanted a bottle of water be prepared to pay 7 to 14 dollars for it. The rooms are on the outside of the hotel so you walked out of your room to the hot air outside. Bad experience overall.

The body wash was empty and there were some stains on the sheets. Overall the vibe of the hotel was cool however I would not stay there again.

Valet or meter parking. Walking distance to most of anything one could need. We enjoyed. Thankyou 🌿

However, the nice park across the street - we’d thought we can walk in or the old down around the corner… full of unhoused, possibly drug issues too and prostitution happening. Dozen of folks and we did Not feel safe; despite the 9-10 police we saw around. We cut it 2 nights down to 1 and got on over to Arizona faster. #READCRIMEREPORTS
