I got a key for a room that was occupied. I walked in on a man already sleeping in the room. I've never has such a bad experience. Good luck finding parking, you have to drive around to find one and then walk to the hotel. Most inconvenient stay of my life, never again. There's other hotels, go anywhere but here!

Good size room, nice entrance with cafe and bar. Parking was a problem. Paid for parking then was not able to find a spot. It was easy to get reimbursed but the inconvenience was not expected.

Service for checking was bad , no convenient breakfast had to pay Front staff was horrible, be I’m not not white , was told to wait while other guests checked in

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was unfriendly. It was clearly just a job for them; they have not been trained in customer service and making guests feel welcomed.

Very convenient for me My room was hot felt like no ac had to go to Walmart to buy me a fan to keep the room cool n be able to sleep n be more comfortable

Staff was polite but not super useful. In my opinion the staff have an idea of norms, such as parking issues, that someone not from the area understand. Asking for clarity became an inconvenience to the staff member.
