I had to wait 1p+ minutes for front desks staff to show up. Towels we delivered after I checked in, a bath mat and 2 shower towels. The bathroom was disgusting. No drain plugs for tub or sink.

It's all pretty clear and simple. Enjoyed myself while using the app

Nothing I requested a non-smoking room, but I got a room that smelled of cigarettes, sheets with cigarette burns, and a dirty bathroom.

This motel that I stayed at for 4 days yes they were nice to a point there was some cleanliness issues and there were bed bugs and then the workers wanted to sit there and over charge you after you already paid for your stay there online through hotels.com and then they wanted to sit there and argue with me saying they're going to call the cops to get me out of there cuz I didn't pay anything I had to sit there and go through all my email so I can find my I'm January so I can show them that I was paid for in full and so they owe me $80 for paying one night the first night there in cash but I shouldn't have paid anything in cash because it was included in my hotel stay that I paid for online through hotels.com so I do not recommend this motel to anybody because these people are a rip-off and once again they have bed bugs

Ok stay. Staff was not knowledgeable about prepayment and thus I had to double pay. However, after contacting you I was eventually refunded my money.

Nothing No water pressure in the shower, There was no breakfast and when we asked about it they told us McDonald's is next door. Homeless people living in the parking lot right outside our door The hotel next door is a state run sober living facility and they had flashing lights and screaming guards all night

They cancelled on us the day of check in

Every piece of fabric was covered in stains and burn marks. The shower was dirty. Something was ripped off the wall and laying on the ground. They double charged me and then could not communicate why to me and gave hotels.com incorrect information leading to them getting confused. Still not resolved as of now.

When we arrived we were told they couldn’t find our reservation. The gentleman at check in was extremely rude and not willing to help us. We ended up sleeping in the car. Will never use this site again.

One star rating is too high for this trash hole. Booked it online after a long tiring drive. Front desk area was sketchy at best & that should have been our first clue not to stay there, but we were tired and wanted rest. There were drug users & tweekers hanging out all over outside. As we stepped into our room the cockroaches all tried to scatter. There were burn-holes on the bed coverings & the room stunk horrible like stale smoke. We left immediately. Our refund is pending, not sure we will get one, the manager hung up on us. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here!! Stay away!! This place should be condemned!!
