When we first got there it was hard to find because of the construction, but once we found it it was easygoing. We asked for our room to be cleaned after 3days but there was a miscommunication. But it got c.leaned the next day.

First time staying at this hotel and will be our 1st option when staying in Albuquerque. Clean, convenient with friendly and helpful staff. Tried other hotels in the immediate area and this is the best. Location is center to many great dining options including Pappadeus.

Bed was too soft, need more pillows. Receptionist at check in was great

The pool looked bigger in your photos, but the water was not a normal looking green color. The staff explained it away and said it was safe, but it still made us feel uncomfortable to use it. And a nice, indoor pool was a huge requirement for us.

The room was clean! The staff was super nice and very welcoming. The breakfast sandwich was great!

Location Pillows were flat, the room I reserved does not exist. Pictures are wrong, they do not have suites that are handicap accessible. Bacon was shaved and mostly fat, sausage had an off taste to it.

The pool was small.

Parking was great, staff was nice and helpful. Overall it’s always a great visit at this hotel. Robert was extremely helpful and nice as well, thank you! Beds felt great too fyi…

Location was in a nice spot, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. A few miles away from the Coronado mall. Next to a bike/running trail. Breakfast was good. The pool was small
