The property was very excellent. I had a wonderful stay

This was our first time staying at this hotel. It's nice, good swimming pool, right off the interstate, gas station is right next door, give it a try.

Property was terribly maintained, bad smell everywhere in corridor and elevators.

Our bathroom door was damaged to such an extent that we couldn’t open or close it without significant force.

Clean, comfortable room and great breakfast buffet.

Don't stay there!!! The hotel is falling apart! Rust on bottom of shower doors, Bathroom wall paper is peeling off the walls, hall way carpet was strained and dirty. Only one elevator was working at the time of our stay. Breakfast food is a joke for what was charged us per night. Stay at another hotel!!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really disappointed with this hotel, I do have to mention a couple of the cleaning ladies I bumped into the hallway were very kind

The only thing that didnt work really was the fridge. But wasn't a big deal because we weren't really in the room to stock up on snacks. Other than that, would def stay again.

The rooms are darker and there is no ample parking,

This is the third year in a row that we book this property for our son’s baseball tournament. Every year has been great until this year. Our team usually gathers in the lobby to have some drinks and up until this year there has never been a problem. This year on Thursday night we’re told lobby closed at 12pm. Ok we shut it down, the next night Friday we were told the lobby now closed at 10pm. Same deal ok we left. Saturday afternoon we’re told alcohol was not allowed in the lobby at all, we questioned the receptionist as to why we did both prior evenings and her response was because she wasn’t there. She proceeded to call our team mom because our group rate agreement clearly stated no alcohol. If no alcohol was allowed that is fine but why allow it the two prior days that we were there. We also asked to speak to a manager and we were told there wasn’t one until Monday. Will never book here again. I usually only stay at Hilton properties and have never had this happen before. We will be back in Albuquerque for another tournament and this will definitely not be our hotel of choice.

Parking are closer than regular cuz u can't even get out

Bed and pillows Staff not at desk for several minutes. She came in from outside parking lot wreaking of skunk weed. Came in from car and tripped on entrance rug- fell toward front of entrance. Twisted back and shoulders. Two staff at front desk asked-“did you just trip”? No concern about me, or seeing how I was. I assumed they were both stoned. Room had peeling wallpaper and rust in bathroom shower
