Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque North

We just had a one night stay driving from AZ to CO and stayed here for our stop. We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable and the office staff was very kind. We would stay here again.

We were there 3 nights and never got our room serviced even though we we t to the desk and asked. So bed was never made, no fresh towels and no replacements for coffee & cream. At breakfast two regular coffee urns were empty, Weeill never stay at another Residence Inn!

Always our "go to" when passing through ABQ!!

The staff was amazing. The rooms were like new so perfect. The pool was spotless. The young man at the desk, Christian was his name. He was so personable sweet and very helpful. Anytime throughout our stay that we saw him he would ask. How was your room? How is everything? Do you need anything? We will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was located close to where severe going and had a lot of places to eat near by.

Nos llevamos un pésima sorpresa en el baño de la habitacion. Al momento de extender la toalla del baño con encontramos con un insecto 100 pies, el cual si se te pega al cuerpo tienes que ir al hospital. Muy mal y peligroso.

The hotel seemed fine when we checked in and overnight. The following morning I saw a cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. We packed up quickly and while doing that I noticed another one under the drapes on the floor. It wasn’t moving so I don’t know if it was alive or dead. The desk person was apologetic and said he was only authorized to deduct $50, and gave me a card with a manager’s name. I sent a picture and an email explaining what happened. She replied saying to send a picture ( not sure if the first one didn’t get to her) I re-sent and have not heard anything back from her yet.

Good location good staff awesome pool for kids,

The hotel and the staff were great. Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Suite was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice touch. The location of this hotel was convenient and quiet. The only drawback - no fault to the hotel - is that the place was overrun with kids and families who apparently knew each other and traveling for a sporting event. They monopolized the pool and all the public spaces. This happens, we know.

Till we asked 2 other employees they were generous to check the system and they had a room ready ! @10:30 am I wasn’t expecting to get in there early I just wanted her to check to see if she had anything available so we could pay for whatever it costs and shut us down with her not even looking at the computer. We were willing to pay whatever it took because we hadn’t slept in a day and extremely tired
