Could use an update

Only 1 elevator was working, there was a dead roach on the floor when we entered the room and the neighbors caused a ruckus most of the evening. I would not choose to stay here again.

Maybe select the HIE instead. Staff rude. Put me really gut on hr freeway side. Jo sleep all night. Food for breakfast was also very bad. Don’t stay here.

It was great! We were very tired and the guy at check in was wonderful!

The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee service, we had an issue with the room they initially gave us, but the staff went out of their way to take care of us, and get us another room very quickly. If I had to give some constructive criticism, it would have to be the fact that one of the elevators was not working, and that there was a chair missing from our room.

The room we stayed in is in serious need of a makeover. The blinds had clamps to hold them open and were dirty and full of holes. If this were another property I’d say “whatever” but I’ve stayed in so many Hampton Inn’s all across the country that I know they can and should do better.

Everything was excellent. Checked in fast and out. Quiet and clean no problems. I stayed 2 times. Once in y way toy trip. The on the way back.

Our room was clean, and the staff was great. We traveled with 3 children. Would recommend

Location was good, Room was good, we were only there to basically sleep in a stop over on our way home. Price is good and room is big enough for our family of 5. Breakfast was good before we got on the road. It is a little dated, and there was an elevator down and the hot tub was not working either.

The hotel staff was very welcoming!! Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, plenty of shampoo, conitioner, etc and they served the best breakfast iv ever had a hotel!! Well done ? wish I would have been able to stay longer than one night The pool looked dirty, used towels all over the empty chairs, jacuzzi was out of order, and the ground outside the pool was super slippery and my son fell after getting out of the pool
