Everything was just fine. We’ve stayed here before and going to book again on our way home

Well to start with the beds we're comfortable and it was quiet. Everything else was weak. When we checked in we were told the hottub was out of service, which honestly was the main reason we booked this property. One of the 2 elevators was broken and the other one went down later that day. Both elevators were still broken the next morning when we checked out so we had to carry our luggage down 4 floors. Great exercise but not what we signed up for. The area is a bit sketchy as well. Lastly the hotel is a bit neglected. The carpeting is old and needs replacement. Breakfast was included but was mediocre at best. The employees seemed apologetic but also beat down. This property needs a new owner who cares.

Upon check in, told hot tub in maintenance and not available for use (one of the amenities that I am looking for whenever I need a hotel break from home) on top of being told of a $150 in town reservation fee (ludicrous when you are not doing trafficking of ANY KIND), but I tolerated the unpleasantries and went forward with check in. Only to get to the room and change to check out the "warm" pool.....desk clerk claimed pool temp of 84°....but it was more like 70° and with bad joints that swell with cold, no go on that pool dip. Get back to our room after informing desk clerk who explained pool is "warmer when in use by others" to just get ready for shower and bed....and no go there too. The floor in room 312 has exposed floor from room above (meaning settling in the foundation) and no subfloor in the bathroom...I thought I was about to have fell through the floor. The bathroom floor weakness and exposed ceiling subfloor in room pushed me for safety reasons to leave handicap accessible room. I was about to simply check out and pay whatever difference and go where I felt secure with the stability of the property, but desk clerk was nice to hear voiced concerns and swapped me to another room with a bit more stability. It made me more comfortable to stay my remaining time, but question if the general manager knew of the property in poor condition because it seemed as if it was already known and somewhat slighted but other desk clerk expressed that she gets unsteady in the room.
