There were lots of hotels all around. Hotels.com should remove this from their listings! WORST HOTEL EVER!
-
Was it the Ritz? Nope. Did it do its job of providing a clean bed and a place to shower? Yes.
-
It was kinda a weird vibe from everyone

I was accused of breaking the door , which I did not do. I was stuck in the room because of this and had to crawl out through the window. Not cool !!! Not much
-
No breakfast available. Television does not work in the room. Roaches were in the bathroom!

I sit at the counter for seven more minutes before night attendant responded.

The rooms are poorly maintained The furniture is ruined

Literally the only time I’ve ever left a hotel because of serious concerns for safety and cleanliness. Photos online were lies and not representative of the real conditions. Dangerous area, nasty room, I opened the door, walked around for thirty seconds, and left

The pool was closed. Didn't mind the stay but need to always check under the beds and make sure to watch for the stains on the sheets. Had to change beds with my grandson's mom so she had the cleaner sheets for my grandson. No light in the main area just bathroom area. Staff was excellent and very sweet with my grandson. Not upset but not truly happy. Wasn't what the pictures show on the app. Still would stay again if had to. I do thank them for everything while I was in town.

Bugs in the room, heavy smoke smell, general disrepair including plumbing issues and holes in the interior bathroom door and drywall, stained fixtures and cigarette burns on the tables and appliances. I’ve stayed in some pretty bad places to save a few bucks, but this was by far the worst ever.

Room smelled like cleaning agent and mold, entire carpet was still humid, power outlets didn't work, wending and ice machines were broken.
